Me and some friends stayed here and we all loved it. More than enough space and so much stuff/activities from movie nights to playing pool to hitting the hot tub and more to do in the house! We would definitely stay here again and the host was great.

Words can't describe how grateful we are to have been able to use Christopher's place for a long-term job assignment. He was always responsive and so flexible for our needs. We had several extensions to our project and he was willing to accommodate us when we needed it to the best of his abilities. If we have future work in the area, we will definitely look up his place, and I believe he's got some customers for the future for "fun" as well!

thanks so much for the lovely stay. I thought it was so sweet they reached out to ask if it was okay to do some light decorations for christmas. I appreciate the consideration and loved them. when I arrived at the home one of the smoke detectors was chirping and I offered to replace it if they could tell me where some batteries were. bill came over right away and took care of the chirping detector. I really appreciate that.

An extraordinary place to rest & recharge. The views, the comfort of the home, and the gorgeous walking trails, through woods & beach are a perfect combination. Everything we needed & then some.

This place is nice and cozy. Looks like the photos and makes you feel at home. The place is stocked with everything you need. From Chargers to first aid kits. I am glad that I picked this place. Lori is super friendly and reliable in f you have questions. Only about 1 hr from DC. I will come back again.

We stayed at Connies place as it was close in proximity to my family for Thanksgiving, Baltimore, and Washington DC. We loved the location and would definitely come back.

Ms. Marcea was an excellent host! She checked on me to make sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Being here for a month, she would occasionally drop off some goodie bags, fruits and veggies and a sweet treat!! I work nights and had NO trouble sleeping. The house is quiet, the apartment is private, and I would certainly come back and stay! Thanks so much, Marcea!!!

The space is incredibly comfortable, offering a private entrance. The view of the river is spectacular adding to the charm. Added details like coffee, snacks, and a local chocolatier’s treats made me feel at home! Hosts are wonderful! Thanks for an amazing stay!

What can’t I say about this beautiful place! The scenery is gorgeous! Their hospitality was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while. Their binder when you come in was so handy. Great place to stay, the location is perfect for me. You get more than your money’s worth. Clean and spacious with all the comforts at home. I look to stay at one of Al’s places on all my trips to the area and I’ve never been disappointed.

Comfortable is the word to describe this place. Cute, cozy, clean with great walkability. Megan’s instructions were clear, easy and she was more than very responsive. We meandered through galleries, coffee shops and local restaurants. The Navel Academy tour was outstanding. The weather got in the way of our boat cruise. House was great with space for everyone whether we gathered for a meal or game wanted to spread out. Super easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. GREAT coffee shop and a few gems of restaurants and shops-we were definitely there in off season and the town was not fully opened - lots of opportunity in the town and lots of places getting opened for the season! Would be a great place for a quick summer getaway

Well stocked kitchen. Water and snacks provided. Extra paper towels and 2 ply TP! Easy to communicate with.

The home was great. Very clean and a great location- right in downtown Annapolis. Definitely recommend this as a place to stay, and I plan to book again in the future!

Our visit is always wonderful not only for the lovely setting and convenience of being in town, but for the gracious hospitality. Not only are Chris and Kate welcoming and attend to any needs, their staff at the Oxford Market are also marvelous folks. The cottage is a great fit for my elderly parents as it is all on one floor. The location is perfect as you can walk to many delightful places. My Dad enjoyed getting the newspaper and homemade muffins each morning. Just perfect! Thank you! Katie Dodds

We had a great stay in Annapolis and the place was very instrumental in making sure it was that way. The place is well located, clean and consistent with the description in every way.

Clean and comfortable air bnb - worked well as a family of 5. Walkable to metro which is what we used for the majority of our transportation. Beds were very comfortable and area felt super safe and community based. Thanks for a great stay!
