Beautiful house with the best location! Three blocks from the main avenue, with 300 m2 of construction. Land of approx 2000 m2, flanked by pines, araucarias and veg. natives. Modern architecture, facing the green , ideal for rest. 3 suites, lavatory, hydrom. double suite, wifi , fireplace in the suites upper floor, external fireplace on the balcony of the house and in the tv room and double right foot with view not to be missed. Huge balcony interconnecting the qtos in the pav sup. Access to view/ penthouse on the 3rd floor.
