The house is in a very privileged place, in the most beautiful part of the beach of Armação, close to restaurants and markets, easy access to and from, very spacious and ventilated, allows you to truly rest and relax. Penha is a city that goes far beyond Beto Carrero, there are many places to visit, viewpoints with spectacular views and hidden beaches. Karina also responds quickly and is quite flexible, we hope to return other times.

It was perfect!! Everything was great! André was always helpful, S Antônio, André's father came to us and made himself totally available! Location, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket, markets, super quiet area! Fully air-conditioned house, well-divided house, huge rooms!! If possible, we will definitely return!!

We travel 3 mothers with 5 children to enjoy the park Beto Carreiro. The house of Murilo served us very well, we had privacy, freedom to cook and the luxury of having the psychina warmed up after the day in the park. The house is well equipped.

We love the Ap, super organized and clean! The location very close to the walking Beto Carrero arrives in 5 min. The jacuzzi if you want to use has to warn them before they fill up. But the accommodation was wonderful. I recommend it!

Simply amazing!!! Only 700m from the Park, it was super quiet to go both round and back. Next has market and several restaurants, in addition to I-food, which works well tbm. The neighborhood is very quiet and quiet. We stayed 3 nights, with two days of the Park and one day enjoying the sun, swimming pool and game room of the building. We didn't go to the beach, but it's close tbm. It was a great weekend we spent. Better still by the apt of Solange. The apartment is wonderful. All new, very well cared for and over-equipped: Stove, refrigerator, air-fryer microwave, sandwich maker, blender, utensils, cutlery, barbecue kit, smart grandona TV, comfortable sofa, spacious rooms, beds and linens with full linen, clean towels and smells and not to mention the whim of the decoration and the pampering that Solange still left us. Gives next time, I won't even think twice, I will choose this apt again and recommend it whenever a friend asks for a referral.

Debora's apartment is great, even better in person! Market across the street, in the morning we always had fresh bread. Pharmacy downstairs in the building as well. A few meters from the beach, a quiet and safe walk. The washer and dryer machine helps a lot as we were with children. Spectacular Gas Shower, Comfortable Beds and Pillows as well. It has air conditioning in all rooms. It would be for sure again in this apartment!

Wonderful Apartment! Well located, a few blocks from the beach, close to markets and restaurants. The atmosphere is beautiful, well decorated, with all the new utensils, and super complete! Township good and clean bedding, great showers, induction stove, washer and dryer, Smart TV, all new and working. Come back for sure!
