Former Victorian Townhouse Turned Boutique Retreat
Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Please get in touch if you encounter any problems and I will do my best to rectify them as soon as possible. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

Quiet Spacious House with Parking & Secure Garden
This recently refurbished house is modern, bright and spacious. The location is exceptional, with the city centre an easy 10 minute stroll and numerous pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. The area is beautiful and peaceful being located on Midsummer Common and the River Camb. It is perfect for those wishing to be right in the center of all the best Cambridge has to offer. The ground floor features a stunning open-plan kitchen and dining area, opening onto a delightful courtyard garden.

TRF3 - Studio Room close to River Cam
This first floor compact studio features a private bathroom and a convenient kitchenette, making it an ideal choice for most travelers. The room includes a standard double bed, wardrobe, study desk with a chair, and a television for your comfort. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, kettle, microwave, and washing machine. Guests also have access to a larger communal kitchen for additional cooking needs. High-speed, reliable fibre-optic internet is available throughout the property.

Artist Studio
Minutes walk from the station and city centre - this self-contained, Artist's Studio has a sleep/dining/work area and a mezzanine sleeping space and is full of light. Anyone is welcome to stay here - you don't have to be an artist - whether you are in business, an academic, sightseer, musician, 2 individuals or a couple - everyone likes the tranquil environment and the easy access to Cambridge and the lively Mill Road. NOTE. Not for small children and some with mobility issues - check photos.

Stylish & Tranquil Garden Studio
Our newly built 28m² Garden Studio is a 3-minute walk from the scenic Cam River and conveniently located near the heart of Cambridge. This beautifully designed space features a king-sized bed and plush sofa, complemented by underfloor heating and black-out blinds, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

Quiet city centre retreat in Cambridge
Enjoy a home from home in this peaceful and centrally-located self-catering apartment in Cambridge. Five minutes walk from shopping areas and historic sites, this is an ideal base for exploring Cambridge. Guests have the use of the entire apartment which consists of one double bedroom with ensuite shower room, kitchen, living/dining room and decked patio area. Sorry no children or pets. Non-mobile babies are welcome. Strictly no smoking or vaping. There is no on-street parking.

Ideal for couples, the flat comfortably sleeps up to four guests with a bedroom downstairs and futon sofa bed in the living area. You’ll also enjoy direct access to a small garden. 5 minutes from the train station, and surrounded by pubs, shops, and restaurants.

Stunning city ‘cabin’, double with en suite
Beautifully appointed double room with its own shower-room and mini-kitchen. Light, bright and luxurious all in one go. The cabin is accessed via the side passage of the main house, meaning you can come and go as you please. A lit path winds down the garden to this gorgeous cedar-clad structure with a meadow roof and nature walls. You’ll feel like you’re in a country hideaway whilst also being very centrally located. Inside it’s light and airy whilst also quiet and cosy.

Cosy and stylish two bed apartment
Fabulous and cosy two bedroom apartment with garden and free on street parking. Nestled comfortably in a quiet, residential area only 2 miles from the centre of town with good transport links. The apartment offers everything you'll need for a relaxing stay, king size bed, double bed and a single sofa bed, making it ideal for up to four adults and one child. A well equipped kitchen, living and dining space with smart TV, WiFi and laundry facilities.

Self-contained Studio. Everything provided.
Warm, light and airy study bedroom with en suite shower and toilet and it's own small kitchen area. The studio has a separate entrance, bike parking and lovely garden view. The huge desk becomes a bed without having to put away your work! Kitchen has a single induction hob, sink and fridge. Studio is fully equipped including all linen & towels supplied so suits overseas visitors. Change of linen and towels will be done weekly and a light clean.

Cosy self contained annex
A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.
