You will have incredible views and steps away from the Picnic area and dock. This is a lower unit-steps and/or our boat ramp are available to get to the unit. It offers a rear parking spot if you are comfortable driving on the boat ramp. We are close to Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Kinderhook and Lake Valley Golf courses, Ball Park Nationals, and the Amphitheater.

Seating includes outdoor bar furniture that seats 5, another table for 4, and a wicker couch seating for 2. The deck also has a mini-fridge, blackstone grill, and sound system to enjoy. The condo has 3 flatscreen tv's, cable and WiFi. Linens, towels, and bathroom supplies provided. Kitchen is equipped w/pots, pans, utensils, coffee, spices and condiments.
