In einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von Port Andratx, nur wenige Meter von der Hafenpromenade und einem Meerzugang entfernt, befindet sich diese Penthouse-Wohnung im „Beach Style“ mit privatem Hauseingang, in einem kleinen Gebäude mit nur einem weiteren Nachbarn im Erdgeschoss. Das Penthouse wurde aufwendig saniert und komplett neu geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail möbliert.

Our house is also equipped with a beautiful outdoor kitchen in summer and a sauna for the winter months. Note on pool heating: The pool is heated to around 24 degrees in the winter months. 4 Star **** Guest Room in a Gorgeous rustic chalet with holiday rental license. Only just a few min away from the many beaches ,mountains and fantastic Calvia coast life. Located on a little hill in a very quite and peaceful little village with a stunning view over the mountains of Costa de la Calma. Private entrance /parking/ private sunny terrace/ kids play area and use of pool and gardens for a super price!:)
