Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Camp Pendleton South

Just the perfect spot for our trip!! We truly enjoyed our stay, everything was beautiful and people were so so nice!! We really enjoyed the hottub and the pool, it wasn’t busy at all. The location was perfect for us considering we didn’t have a car so we walked everywhere. So close to the beach and to the harbour. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat!!

Great place for our family of five. Plenty of beach toys to bring to beach. Plenty of towels. The king bed in the master bedroom was SO comfortable! We were able to cook dinner with everything in the kitchen easy peasy. The boardwalk was not loud at all per the previous complaints but we went during Christmas and new years. Very peaceful! Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The rental is close walking distance to the ocean, Harbor, and town. There are lots of amenities at the complex, pool, billards, pong pong. Everything was very nice. Would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to stay again.

This was one of the best Airbnb locations that I've ever stayed in, including the actual condo and the host. The condo was super clean, comfortable, and came with everything that you would want for a beach vacation. There were extra blankets, sheets, tons of towels, soaps for the dish washer and washing machine, and all of the furniture was comfortable and clean. The location really couldn't be better. You are steps away from essentially a private beach in San Diego and have access to a ton of pools and seating areas that overlook the ocean. The weather in this part of SD is always nice and because you're so close to the water, the ocean breeze makes the condo comfortable and airy throughout the day. Alyssa was incredibly easy to work with, super responsive, and a great host. Booking with her, getting an early check in (Thank you!) and working out the details was straight forward and she was always clear and friendly. Next time I'm back in SD, I'll be looking to stay here again!

This was the perfect place to stay, especially to visit Legoland. The host was always super responsive and helpful, and can even help you get discounted tickets. We definitely would recommend to others.

Paul was a great host. He was friendly, responsive, and flexible. The place was exactly as advertised. The resort is very secure with friendly staff. It had everything… pool, 2 hot tubs, gym, laundry, games, and golf. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. The place was very clean with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable.

Bart and Debra’s place was awesome! The place feels like you’re at a Disneyland hotel. The gardens are breathtaking, the pool was as good if not better than the beach itself. Restaurants are a one minute drive. The unit itself was super-clean and the parking is right next to the elevator which can be difficult in other units at this location. That was the BIG win for us. Would definitely return!

I've stayed at Sandra's condo at the beach several times. I love the peacefulness of the space. The colors are relaxing and the location is very quiet. The parking space in the parking garage is super close to the condo which is really helpful. And there's a great view of Oceanside Harbor from the patio. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. With lots of walking paths and easy access to the beach. The community is gated which gives a nice feel of safety. It's an easy walk to Mission Blvd where there are many shops and restaurants available. It's also an easy walk to the Harbor with many more restaurants, especially if you like seafood. I look forward to my next stay at Sandra's place!

Nick & Amy's place in Oceanside was wonderful! You can see and hear the ocean from the living room and the bedroom, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I booked the place an hour before check-in but the hosts were super quick to accept, and proactively send me welcome messages with instructions to enter the property. I appreciated the clear instructions for parking as well. The beach is just a few steps away and I felt safe waking at night in the neighborhood. Definitely recommend picking this place if you're in Oceanside! Thanks for a great stay, Nick & Amy!

Nice, clean condo in a beautiful complex just steps from the beach. Everything as promised in the description. We had a fantastic time!

Wish we had more time to enjoy the grounds and the location. We came for a soccer tournament and spent a lot of time out and about, but it was the perfect location for us and we would definitely book again.

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

We stayed in Hildy’s place for our son’s soccer tournament. Hildy was VERY quick to respond with any questions we had and was flexible with a couple of schedule changes on our part. The unit was clean and comfortable and had all of the amenities listed in the description. Unfortunately the weather was not very nice so we didn’t get to utilize many of the activities on premises. If in the area again, we would certainly book her place. Thanks again!

My stay was perfect! The house is comfortable and tranquil. Drake is a welcoming host. Convenient location, short drive to Oceanside beach and Carlsbad Village. I hope to stay here again. Thank you Drake!

The house was beautiful! The backyard is even bigger in person and the pool is definitely worth it with the waterslide! The slide also shoots water as well so you can slide easier! The house was pretty awesome with speakers that play outside and through the house so you can have music outside and inside at the same time. The rooms were nice and the loft room was huge with a projector for movies. The house itself is huge! The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all kinda connected like an open floor plan type of thing which is very nice and the gym is just the cherry on top. I would definitely recommend this house if you plan on having some quality time together or just some friends meeting up for the weekend. It has so much to offer that you will want to stay at least an extra day.

Great vacation quiet with lots to do at the house. I have older teens and they were so busy with games they were hardly on their phones. Very relaxing

Daniel N Emily’s place was perfect for an Easter weekend reunion of our children and their young families. The house was clean, large enough to ensure nobody felt cramped for space and all of the assessors needed for the kitchen and bathrooms were available and in great shape. The communication before taking residence was personable and professional. The owners are very understanding and went out of their way to make sure everything was just right for our family and their three day visit. My wife and I would recommend this property if you have a large group and are looking for a safe and centralized location near everything you may wish to do in the Carlsbad area. My family enjoyed Seraph’s home because it is clean and modern. Most of the furniture is new or pristine. There was plenty of parking and having a connected garage was convenient. Seraph’s home has 3 floors, with one bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms on the third floor. The kitchen and sofa are on the second floor. There was plenty of space for us to spend time together. The Airbnb is located in an area where new homes are being built. There was some loud construction noise on our first day, but it luckily stopped after a few hours. The neighborhood is family friendly. My nephew and niece enjoyed the nearby park/playground. Seraph was an excellent host. He was responsive and accommodating. For example, he was able to help us when our family needed additional towels. We wish the home was closer to popular restaurants and grocery stores, but besides that, it definitely met our expectations. If you’re looking for a home in South Orange County, Seraph’s home is a great option!

Overall we had a great time with our stay. Lots of entertainment/activities at the house. Plenty of outdoor seating. Loved the pool and fire pit. The only hiccup was the cleaners didn’t make it out to the property prior to us arriving at the house. I contacted the hosts and they responded very quickly and made the situation right. So I was very satisfied with that. Our families loved the place, thank you for the experience.
