Two Master Suites One Mile from the Beach

The Hideout is a fantastic home to relax in. Enjoy the cool ocean breeze by opening the windows. Do yoga or relax out on the patio. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the peek-a-boo ocean view from the balcony. If you want to get your daily 10k steps in, it’s just a 1 mile walk to the ocean, cafes, shops, restaurants and breweries. The Hideout is also Vegan friendly (no leather or goose down) This home is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN, PETS, OR PARTIES. It's an upstairs unit and perfect for people with pet allergies! Owners live on the property NOTE: there's NO A/C & 1 dedicated parking space. The Hideout is a non smoking unit entirely upstairs. Not suitable for children or pets. The house is small. The beach is a 20 min walk. The train station is a 5 min Uber or Lyft ride away Easy freeway access to the 5 freeway from the house Minimum 3 night stay There is street sweeping the 2nd and 4th Friday.
