Vacation rentals with a pool in Campinas

The house is exactly like in the pictures. The leisure area (swimming pool, barbecue, sand court, etc.) is really the difference of the house. Beautiful and modern leisure area. The house where the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, etc are older, but it is well maintained, clean and has all the necessary utensils. We did the New Year dinner and there was absolutely nothing missing. The whole family loved it!!!!!

The perfect stay, Maria Angela and her husband were wonderful, super receptive, cordial and attentive. Amamos spend the Carnival on the property, outside the dog Olivia who was a super Host. Super I indicate the space.

The house is very wide and has served us very well. Just the pool that was a little dirty. The host always responded quickly!

The place is very similar to the photos and Fabrício has always been helpful and responding quickly!

Great place to stay ( like the photos) and you don’t feel you are so close to the city center. Ricardo was very supportive and the whole place is very clean . The only thing for improvement is the WiFi quality, which is quite low and becomes a problem if you have to work from there .

We really like to have the Carnival at the Teacara!!! pool always with warm water, spacious barbecue area, well distributed rooms, the suite is huge... equipped kitchen, has a very large room with 3 environments, living room with two sofas, TV room and two more sofas and the dining room. The table outside on the balcony is the place we have the most, as it gives a wider and more beautiful view of the farmhouse. Caseiro Alexandre super helpful!!! General We like it so much

The leisure space is really very good, complete and spacious, as well as in the photos. José and his wife are very attentive and contact with them was very easy whenever we need it.

Very clean apartment, bedding and extremely smelling bath towels, I have had other experiences in hotels in campinas that do not reach the feet in cleanliness and hygiene like here. I loved the experience, I really felt at home, I definitely indicate and I will come back.

Quiet place, I loved staying at the loft, I will return other times to Campinas due to the master's degree and with ctz will be my second residence, very close to the college for those who are by car takes only 12 minutes to Mandic, everything working perfectly, about Fernanda.. very kind, friendly and helpful, I did not have the opportunity to meet her in person but every time I talked to her has always been very polite, kind and quick to respond to me!! Super recommend!!!

The whole apartment very well cared for, tidy and clean! Smell bedding, great towels, great showers! Good blankets and pillows, bathroom with little shower! A solicitous host, responds quickly and gives clear instructions. Well-structured, quiet and close to commerce. We liked it very much and would definitely come back!
