The structure and furnishings, as far as possible, have remained those of the past. Now the interior has a vintage look with recovered objects. The house is cool but a good air conditioning system doesn't hurt! The courtyard is the place where you spend summer time while in winter we meet in front of the fireplace. All around there are succulent plants and bougainvillea that hide the outdoor shower and the fig tree of the friend next door whose fruits fall into our space and that we invite you to taste.

It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

The Tower Above the Sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful village of Marciana Marina. The tower was already marked as Torre di Poggio on maps of the 16th century and converted into a customs office for the merchandise of lake in the 18th century. In 2023, the tower was remodeled by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location just above the water makes every stay an experience.

My accommodation is located in the Patresi district of the Municipality of Marciana, western part of the Island of Elba, facing Corsica from the terrace you can admire beautiful panoramic views. You will love my place for these reasons: the location, the outdoor spaces and the views, the reserved parking a few meters from the house. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
