Welcome to L'Oustal des Amis, a newly renovated modern home. The ground floor features an outdoor dining area, kitchen with an extendable table, and a toilet. The spacious lounge offers seating that converts into a king-size bed. The second floor also boasts a large library/office area leading to a balcony, perfect for BBQs and enjoying nature. South-facing enjoy the sun all day, the home sleeps six, with a king-size bedroom and bathroom on the third floor, plus a king bed in the attic room.

L'air y est pur, vivifiant et vous toucherez le ciel du doigt. A 30 minutes d'Ax-les-Thermes et 1h du Pas de la Case.

Dans une maison à Camurac à 1300 m d'altitude. A 20 kms d'ax les thermes, à 6 kms du Chioula et à 50 kms du pas de la case . A 6 kms de Belcaire ou le lac est aménagé pour la baignade en été . A proximité du sentier cathare, du chemin des bonhommes, et du GR7 .la propriété entièrement clôturée . d'un côté un portail et une allée sont partagés avec les propriétaires qui séjournent parfois derrière la maison les chiens ne sont pas acceptés , sauf les chiens d'assistance.

Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.
