Excellent location. Lots of places to eat. Collectivo goes right by the front door. Very centrally located to meet our needs.

An excellent accommodation, central and easy to locate in Cancun, very close to squares and the Hotel Zone. Very nice and comfortable!

It was our first time in Cancún, and this was the perfect place to stay! Peaceful, also close to anything you need and the flexible check-in was a wonder ! It had all amenities such as iron, microwave, travel outlet adaptor, etc.I recommend!

We loved our stay with Monica. Although the room is small and simple, it had everything we needed. The shower jet is very weak, sometimes even almost absent so note if this is important to you. We enjoyed the location in the center of the city among the locals where we ate excellent tacos in the nearby taquerias. Having access to bikes was a big plus for us to visit the island. Access to the bus as well as the market are close by. Monica made us feel at home and was always available. She was even super flexible so we could leave our luggage in the room before noon and we really appreciated this gesture. I recommend it to those who want to stay further from the tourist center and experience the local life

The place is comfortable and has everything one needs for a short stay, especially they accept the dogs who have now become the companions of the couples

Everything is the same as the description, the only thing I did not like was the curtain, since it gave the sun directly in the mornings and in the afternoons; in the night when the light came on, everything was visible from the outside.

I stayed at this location for a month. The hosts were amazing and very friendly. The room was very comfortable, with a cozy bed, and the AC worked well. The beach was incredible—most of the time, I had it all to myself. The location is private, and while the main town is a bit farther away (about 10 to 20 minutes), it’s easy to reach by taxi or local bus. You can also rent a scooter or golf cart to get around, though it can be pricey. There are a couple of walkable places to eat nearby, but not a lot of variety. I definitely recommend this place and will absolutely stay here again in the future. I gave it top ratings all around. If you’re staying longer than a week, just be aware that there are additional fees for fresh linens and towels—but it’s not a big deal.

Israel was always in communication with us, was very kind to allow us to extend the departure time of the Airbnb, I highly recommend staying with him!

Very nice and responsive and helpful. Very quiet and peaceful. Walkable location in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very attentive and accommodating.

All good , only there was no hot water and there were 6 people and there were only two towels

Andres is a great host. He’s very attentive to details and flexible if something changes. Great value, a fantastic location and easy walk to the beach and restaurants. I will definitely check availability the net time I’m in Puerto Moreles!
