Vacation rentals with a kayak in Cancún

Everything was great and super nice view. A little noisy on the road but it's worth it as the beach is right across the street!

Home was as described. Conveniently located in the hotel zone, but far away from the crowd for a peaceful night rest. Outdoor area is gorgeous and there is a bigger pool on site in addition to the private pool. The house is gated and secure, so you feel safe at all times. Bus stop is in walking distance and makes it extremely easy to get anywhere. Home is very spacious and easily accommodate large groups (it was 8 of us). I would definitely stay there again. Daniel, was very friendly and very accommodating for our early arrival. We even book airport departure and arrival transportation through him and it was great.

La Amada is the place to be for relaxation and quality, beautiful accommodations. Leticia’s place was perfect for us. It was beautiful, immaculately clean, had everything that you would need and above all, peaceful. The studio is perfect for a couple. I loved the deck with table, 2 chairs and hammock. La Amada has multiple pools with many options for lounging near the pool. It also has a deli/convenience store that has basics and some ready made food. There is a cafe at the beach pool that is open until 6:00pm, closed on Tuesdays. They have great food and drinks. There’s many lounge chairs and beach palapas. When we were there, we often had the beach all to ourselves. Gorgeous beach and complex overall! It was perfect for one week with family and then another week just the two of us!

Thank you Garde Clé, we spent a few days relaxing with a very nice family. Excellent attention from the reservation, before arrival and very clear instructions for check-out. Always friendly and available if we have any doubts regarding our place. The apartment is very nice, clean with an excellent location. Looking forward to it!!!

Great house to stay at. Easy access to everything. Great view.

My group and I loved our stay in Punta Sam. It had the amenities of a resort, but without the all inclusive price tag. We loved having the flexibility to hang out at La Amada without ever fighting for a beach chair / pool chair and be able to easily go out in excursions. Getting an Uber to / from La Amada was easy and fairly priced. The beds were comfortable, everyone had room to spread out in the house, the beach was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for a group between two fridges, ample cooking utensils and storage containers. I would love to return here again with my family!

Due to a/c issues we were unable to stay in the original unit listed. Diego had found a replacement condo in the same building for us even before arriving.Diego was extremely communicative and found several ways to ensure our stay was still great! Our family enjoyed staying at La Amada as it is very family friendly!

The apartment is in a good location, everything is very clean and tidy, the services offered in good condition and functional, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. It is perfect for a family even if they have babies.
