Vacation rentals with a kayak in Cancún

Great house to stay at. Easy access to everything. Great view.

I loved my stay, what I was looking for was privacy and I got it, the place had everything I needed, very cozy, it feels like home and the instructions with photos and steps are perfect, the only detail is that I was on Saturday and there was a lot of noise outside due to music and motorcycle parade in the area, so it costs a little sleep.

Leticia was so helpful and proactive sending information about the condo, how to check in, use wifi ect. and even helped us set up a driver from and to the airport. The space is very peaceful and quiet, very empty so you pretty much have all of the resort style amenities to yourself! Tennis court, pools, and even a cute pool deck restaurant. However, I didn’t realize that we wouldn’t be able to go to the restaurants surrounding the property. We were planning to walk around to the nearby places but found out that this is not allowed. You need to stay in the condo property or take a car outside of the resort area. Totally fine but just something good to be prepared for! The room itself was very nice and comfortable, clean and beautiful view! It is nice to have a kitchenette to cook breakfast and the bathroom was also very nice! Thank you again for hosting us! Such a beautiful place!

I was for santa week with my family, beautiful place, it exactly matches the photos, the lagoon is beautiful, it's like it was your own house and the super friendly host, at all times she was in communication with us 10/10 go

Had a great time. Place was quite and private, perfect for a relaxing time with my family. Highly recomended for anyone looking to unwind. Host and staff were very helpfull.

Due to a/c issues we were unable to stay in the original unit listed. Diego had found a replacement condo in the same building for us even before arriving.Diego was extremely communicative and found several ways to ensure our stay was still great! Our family enjoyed staying at La Amada as it is very family friendly!

Since we arrived we loved the fractionation, the view of the lagoon from the apartment is beautiful, the place is super quiet, it has absolutely everything to be able to spend your vacation quite comfortable. Sara, which is the one I had contact with, very attentive and friendly, the apartment is quite spacious, the beds are very comfortable, they leave you the essentials like toilet paper, shampoo. Body soap and 3 body towels in each room, it also has quite a few kitchen utensils. In the bedrooms and the living room there is air conditioning. To enter the lagoon if you have to walk around 5 min since there are only 2 entrances and they are a little removed from the apartment but from there outside, the pools are always super clean and with very few people. I RECOMMEND the PLACE, it is all worth it and I hope to be able to return soon, if I visit Cancun I would not hesitate to stay here again. (THE PLACE IS THE SAME AS THE PHOTOS)

Everything was wonderful, cleanliness, location, amenities, as in the photos and even better. The luxury shower, the super warm water and with great strength. The internet and super screens, The kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The pool is spotless, delicious, the beautiful lagoon, very good maintenance of common areas. My family was very comfortable. I would definitely come back again, thanks Oscar!!!!!!
