We really enjoyed our stay at Carlos condo. It was so clean and right next to the bus stop. We enjoyed hopping in the bus to go to various locations for fun. The beach was beautiful and the pools and hot tubs were fantastic!!!

I rented two rooms for the entire month of May. I had apartment 3 and apartment 19 (but I’m unable to tell which review is for which room). I stayed in apartment 4 and had several different people come and stay in room 19 throughout the month. This place was great for me, but definitely not for everyone. It is a small complex right on the beach, away from the crowds at Playa Norte and with a more local vibe. This is what I was looking for. The beach area was small, but I was often the only one utilizing it. The water in the ocean is shallow and there is some sea weed, but I enjoyed it. The water was smooth and perfect for paddle boarding. There was a dock next door to the left which I utilized for snorkeling from and saw a lot of fish. The sunsets here were amazing!! I had a beautiful ocean view from room 3!! There was also a nice outdoor kitchen with a sink and a charcoal grill that was awesome for dinners on the beach. This place is in no way luxurious, but it was clean, was adequate for preparing small meals, and the air conditioner was nice and cold. The bed in room 3 was very comfortable, but I was told that the bed in room 19 was hard although I never slept in that room. Room 3 was in the newer building and was definitely more updated. It had a very large covered patio complete with lights and a ceiling fan…perfect for reading and lounging. Room 19 was overlooking the pool and was quite a bit smaller, but it was also cheaper. Staff members were very friendly but didn’t speak much English. They were very responsive when communicating through the app, though. There is a beach club next door (Nomads )that also has god and very affordable food…I ate there many times (try the pizza and the tuna tartare). One thing that was a bit of a disappointment was the pool. The area was nice and it looked newer, but for the first several weeks I was there, the water level was below the level of the skimmer and the filter wasn’t working, so the water was murky and dingy. This issue was resolved by the end of my stay, though. I think they did some work on it around the third week I was there, and the water was nice and clean after that. Know that this place is by no means a 4 star resort, however, for me it was 5 stars based on the value for the money. I think I received a pretty good discount by staying for a month.

Nico and his crew, were always quick to respond any of our questions. Helpful to direct our family to a safe and reliable transportation to and from airport. The suite is just as pictured. The beach is my favorite. Calm water for kids, peaceful, and private. Security to the resort 24/7 was outstanding! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is in the hotel zone which made it perfect. Without hesitation would stay again!

Very good attention, a very quiet place, squares nearby, the only bad thing was that the boiler went out, however, Alessandra fixed the problem. Highly recommended and close to many places.

We had an incredible stay! Rosario ended up switching us to an apartment at the Garza Blanca resort and we loved every minute of it. The apartment was above and beyond our expectations! We even got an upgrade to an ocean front room in the last week of our trip. Great communication and can definitely recommend staying here!!

Betty was an exceptional host and assisted me with all question I had. This air BNB is 5 minutes drive from the stripe which makes it a great location. Highly recommended.

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped, it is located within a private and access is controlled but without a problem to reach it, ideal for families who go in their own vehicle, since it is removed from the places to visit such as the center, commercial squares and the hotel area, however it is well connected with avenues that makes it accessible to reach any quick place, it is also close to the Av. Colosio, which is the road that goes to Puerto Morelos that is located 30 minutes by vehicle, it is also the same road that goes to Playa del Carmen and tulum, close to the place there are many places of food, supermarkets and services that might be needed, at the entrance of the private there is an Oxxo, the pool is very nice and nice, highly recommended for quality and price. The host was always attentive and was very helpful.

The pictures of Frank's place are accurate. The apartment is lovely, well kept, very clean. The place was quiet and a wonderful getaway. Frank was responsive, friendly and definitely addressed anything we raised or needed, always in a friendly, prompt and understanding way. You won't be sorry to book this place, it really is lovely and we always felt safe and comfortable in the area. If I had to change anything, it would be that it would be great to have screens on the doors to the outside so that they could be left open to enjoy the amazing, cool sea breeze. Also, if you're really tall, the bed seemed a little short to us, so it's definitely something to ask about before you book. I should add that the daily cleaning was awesome (made our working vacation seem more like a vacation) and the people who we dealt with like the woman who cleaned our apartment and the security guard of the condo complex were super friendly and wonderful. All in all, it was great!

2nd time at Karens place, 10/10 5 Stars ***** Amazing place and the perfect host, with great attention to detail. Very kindly Karen even left some food treats for my dog Bambu. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! :)

Great apartment layout with a private terrace and an amazing shared rooftop pool, very quiet, clean and nice view! We really enjoyed our stay and the hosts were responsive and friendly.

Amazing time . Got all my stuff done that was planed for my stay . Host was very fast in response and assisted me in some issues with deliveries . For sure I will use her place again when I return

Excellent establishment, very comfortable, very complete, the cleanliness and excellent order, I would return without hesitation. And the host was always attentive and very flexible. It has many amenities and we felt right at home.

Edain was very welcoming and always helpful. The place is very clean and has al the tools to make it as comfortable as possible. Would definitely recommend. Over all a 10/10 stay.
