It is an apartment of 70 square meters with 2 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and the other with a french bed), one bathroom with shower, a large living room, kitchen and a garden of 100 square meters equipped with deck chairs, veranda with table and chairs to dine admiring the stunning sea views over La Maddalena Archipelago.

Villa Nanni is in a unique and enviable location on the La Conia - Cannigione waterfront, directly overlooking the sandy beach. The villa is entirely on the ground floor. From the covered veranda overlooking the sea, you can access the kitchen or the living room. The hallway leads to the sleeping area with a master bedroom suite with a master bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, and the second bathroom. In the large garden, there is a reserved parking space and a shower.
