Vacation rentals with beach access in Canouan

William's oceanfront apartment just south of Hillsborough was a perfect spot to relax and walkable into town. The ocean views were fabulous and being able to walk to a nearly empty beach every day was paradise. William was available with questions and he even tried to get me a rental car when another option fell through.

Rooms are quite nice, homey, comfortable, and clean. Both rooms had its own a/c unit, and bathroom with shower. It was a great home base from which to have some adventures. I appreciated having a kitchen with cooking equipment. Clothing rack was very helpful. I really appreciated having the balcony with a good view of the bay. All in all it was a great experience with Roberto and his team downstairs who were kind and helpful.

Isla Vista Apartment was great. Jacqueline and Neville saved our trip. After checking into a different AIRBNB on the island we wanted to get out immediately. We called Jacqueline who immediately answered and within 15 minutes we were at Isla Vista with Neville greeting us. The apartment was immaculate. The views we wondered, Conch restaurant 5 minute walk below directly on the beach. They say Canouan is the place Billionaires go to get away from millionaires. If your not a billionaire, you need to stay at Isla Vista Apartments!

Bogles Round House is a lovely property in a beautiful location by the sea. Rooms are large, with a roomy covered outside space, really peaceful area and comfortable bed. Roxanne is a lovely person but has a lot on with running Bogles, two restaurants and helping people with the rebuilding after the hurricane. This does mean though that guests must accept that they need to be independent and not expect 5 star service. Breakfast is great but not always available, and the restaurant was not open during our stay. It would have been really helpful to know this on the listing which would make guest arrival much easier. Most shops and restaurants haven’t yet re-opened, so using a hire car or the local buses is the only way to get around. Having said that, everyone on the island we met were friendly, helpful and positive so we were so pleased we stayed for 5 days. And there are a few really good restaurants-The Slipway in Argyl is great, as was Paradise Beach Bar. Come and visit!

If you’re looking for a true island escape, look no further! Beverly and Gary’s stunning two-bedroom apartment at Rosa’s Guesthouse in Carriacou, Grenada is an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality—not just from our wonderful hosts but also from their pretty inquisitive pup, Coco. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, with every detail carefully thought out to create a comfortable and stylish retreat. The open layout, cozy decor, and well-equipped kitchen made us feel right at home. But the best part? You’re literally just steps away from the most beach, where the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze make every moment magical. Beverly and Gary are incredibly knowledgeable about the island and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They provided fantastic recommendations for local dining. I can’t imagin a better place to stay at in Union: amazing beautiful views, exquisite and cozy decoration, clean, perfectly located, and with the best host! Corina helped us with everything we needed and gave us great reccomendations, she even had a lovely gift for us at the end of our stay. We’d love to be back! 🌴😊🌊

Our group of three (couple and senior parent) was very happy at Gum Tree house. Maggie was exceptionally hospitable, we felt relaxed from the moment we arrived at the property. Beds are comfortable, AC works well, pool is gorgeous, washer and dryer a welcome help, kitchen well equipped, lovely gardens to explore, sufficiently private bedrooms, views from every spot. The house was well suited to our daily routine of slow mornings, a midday adventure, back in time for a late afternoon swim and prepping dinner while watching the sunset. TV is set up but we chose to not connect to the outside world and were happier for it. Beaches and provisions are a short drive away, the walking path to Anse la Roche was not accessible during our stay. Do rent a 4x4, the property is securely tucked, alone, high into the hillside with access via uneven terrain. If you enjoy an unspoilt island but appreciate coming home to the finer comforts of a modern building, Gum Tree House is a perfect destination.

Another Fantastic Stay! This was our second time staying at Aliz Paradise, and We couldn’t be happier! Just like our first visit, everything was perfect. The space is incredibly comfortable and well-maintained, and the location is ideal for exploring the area. We are visiting after Carriacou was hit by hurricane Beryl (July 2024) and it’s great to see so many things are back up and running. Carriacou is definitely ready to welcome visitors. Our host was amazing—always so welcoming and attentive to any needs we had. We truly felt at home. We appreciated the little touches that made our stay even more enjoyable, from the thoughtful amenities to the helpful local recommendations. We had another fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to return again! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and inviting getaway. Thank you for another lovely stay!

Ann and her husband is my best hosts so far, we were treated like family. Being there felt like a home away from home. The environment was clean, with a view that made you want to just relax and never leave. We could smell the fresh air and there was a constant breeze. Inside the apartment was extremely clean and had all the comforts we needed. Thank you Ann and Mr.Fitzroy for taking care of us, even dropping us to town to get our bus. We will definitely stay with you guys again. We miss Bo and Pia.🙏🙏♥️♥️
