I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

Nestled in the heart of the lush landscapes of Cantal, not far from the medieval town of Saint-Flour, this modern and unique little hideaway, which could very well be located in Middle-earth, will suit you for sure. Bag End welcomes you into its cocoon made of wood and stone. At an altitude over 1000 meters, it offers a comforting warmth in winter and a refreshing coolness during the hottest summers.

Chalet de l'Alagnon

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes. New 342 square meter cottage that can accommodate 14 people. Located in La Chapelle d'Alagnon, a village 1.5 km from Murat and 15 minutes from Lioran Station. Several activities are available to you summer and winter: hiking on the most beautiful peaks of Cantal, biking, skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, ski school and large zip line (new in 2023)

Boudou's House

Close to the famous Col de Légal, and its departure from the Gr 400, La Maison de Boudou offers a cocooning atmosphere at 1000 meters altitude in a small hamlet. A paradise to rest between sports hikes and bucolic or gastronomic walks. Since 2024: high-speed fibre wifi! Since 2025: the Col de Legal has opened its outdoor activity base (Laser Wood); you can rent equipment such as snowshoes, electric mountain bikes, and access the spa after your hikes!

It is designed for 2 people. Located in the heart of the volcanoes between the Cantal range, the Puy de Sancy range and the Dômes d'Auvergne which will allow you to enjoy a lot of activities. Welcome to our charming little home in the heart of the Cantal! Live a unique experience in an old bread oven, set in a peaceful hamlet with views to the valley. This 55 m² detached house includes a fully equipped kitchen and a wood stove, a bedroom with a king-size bed and a shower room. Enjoy the garden with barbecue and the space for a tent. If you are a couple with young children, we will be happy to welcome you.

Barbados

"Barbados" is a small typical farmhouse of Artense planted facing the mountain in a beautiful setting. The house is not overlooked, on a large plot, quiet, between forest, countryside and trout rivers; just a few kilometers from the villages of Bagnols and Saint-Donat and shops. It is ideally placed for excursions to Sancy, Cézalier or the Cantal Mountains. All photos shown are taken around the house.
