Le gîte est situé à Lesmaronies sur la commune de Saint Paul de salers sur un grand parc arboré. Il est composé d'une pièce à vivre, de deux chambres dont une avec un lit double de 140cm et un lit simple de 90 cm et l'autre avec un lit double de 140cm , salle de bain avec baignoire, WC, machine à laver, cuisine ouverte sur le séjour, garage, barbecue extérieur, salon de jardin.
