fantastic villa. very spacious. everything very fully equipped. modern kitchen etc etc. The only thing you have to keep in mind as a tenant is that you can actually only leave the property by car because you are right on the road. So a walk from home is not really possible or you can walk on a highway.

It’s a great appartement for families, beautiful and new, the area is only for people, no cars, so very safe for kids to run around to get to the playground which is to the left in front of the bulding. It’s on the 1st floor so you don’t bother anyone under. The enourmous beach is right there also, gym, supermarkets, you can also order anything on your phone as it gets delivered very fast. Shops close at siesta time every day. Bicyles to rent are amazing as you can pedal along the shore for miles enyoing amazing views. The appartement is dark so you can’t really see how is the wheather outside, or wake up naturally in the morning. Perfect place for a small holiday, I wouldn’t recommend it for long stays as the streets are rather busy and noisy in the high season, also all the air vents from some 6-8 AC’s are right under the twin bedroom, also very thin walls from the loud neighbours that come after midnight at home.

The whole stay was perfect. Angela is very friendly and attentive, great communication and arrival too. We recommended restaurants in the area and great. The place is beautiful, in the middle of nature, the mountains, 10 minutes from Arcos de la Frontera, 1h from the beach of Conil for example. The pool area is a 10! The comfortable apartment, with good taste and impeccable cleanliness, a 10 too!

Nice place with beautiful garden and pool

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in Manilva! The space was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located for exploring the area. The balcony offered stunning views, making it the ideal spot for a relaxing morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring we felt welcome and had everything we needed. We recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

Our stay has been very pleasant. The place is very new and impeccable, decorated with pleasure. The area is very quiet, very close to the beach and some restaurants. You can also quickly arrive by car to Zahara village. Also, Teresa was always super friendly and helpful when we had any questions. I will definitely be back!!

An experience of 10! We spent the weekend in this little house in Barbate and we loved everything: the house is beautiful, very comfortable and with everything you need to enjoy and disconnect. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice, and the village has fallen in love with its atmosphere, its people and its gastronomy. Everything was perfect, we will definitely repeat. Highly recommended!
