Le sourire , la bienveillance , la disponibilité , pour un séjour dans un véritable cocon ! Ce lieu est absolument parfait , à l’image de ses propriétaires ! Plein de belles attentions dans le logement pour faire en sorte de se sentir comme chez soi ! Je recommande et Mille mercis encore

L'appartement d'Emmanuelle est idéalement situé dans une banlieue calme au sud de Grace. L'appartement est très bien équipé et est conforme aux photos. Superbe terrasse avec vue ensoleillé du matin au soir. Excellente communication avec Emmanuelle en amont du séjour. Cuisine équipée, salon avec tv, bon wifi. barbecue et piscine disponible. parking facile sur place. Un superbe séjour !

Nous avons été très bien reçu par Tiziana et ses proches lors de notre arrivée, on nous a aidé à décharger nos effets personnel. Nous avons eu le plaisir de trouver de l'eau et du vin frais dans le réfrigérateur pour nous accueillir! Le secteur est magnifique, je recommande quelques petites pépites comme le village médiéval de Saint Agnès qui vous fera voyager dans l'air temps, Gorbio avec sa place et ses commerçants, Eze et sa côte fantastique ou encore Menton avec ses célèbres citron mais aussi le jardin botanique Val Rahmeh et ses somptueuses plantes régionales et également du monde entier... Si vous chercher des sensations fortes, je vous conseille les cascades du Piaon qui se trouve à une quarantaine de minutes au nord de Roquebrune, une crique magnifique est assez peu fréquentée.

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Delphine and Christophe. Fantastic hosts and amazing place to stay. Their home was ideal for us to explore the French Riviera including Monaco, Nice, Cannes and the lovely small medieval villages. The place was pristine and the use of the pool was perfect. Our daughter was encouraged to pick the oranges from the garden and we had fresh orange juice every morning. Our hosts were very polite and personable and couldn’t have done more for us during our stay. We’d highly recommend this AirBnB if you’re looking to explore the area. We wanted somewhere peaceful to relax and not a city centre location. This place fulfilled our expectations and so much more.

Une maison splendide avec une vue magnifique. Un espace privé très bien agencé et un espace partagé très agréable qui permet de préserver l'intimité de chacun. Des équipements de loisir au top avec des ados ! Un accueil chaleureux et généreux. En résumé un excellent séjour dans un environnement sublime.

Bon séjour passé chez Aurelien, correspond au photos,bien équipé, propre, place de parking devant la porte, belle terrasse, endroit calme, le restaurant du camping est très bon. Je recommande. Cordialement

Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants, discrets et bienveillants. Ce cadre de nature nous offre de la tranquillité, la piscine est très agréable, même partagée il y a de la place pour tout le monde. La maison dispose de nombreux rangements, tout est à disposition il ne manque rien. Pour les chiens, mieux vaut les tenir en laisse, l'extérieur n'est pas complètement clôturé. Il manque peut-être des moustiquaires aux fenêtres. Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique, à refaire sans hésitation.

Un bel cottage totalmente immerso nella natura in cui è stato facile rilassarsi e perdere il conto dei giorni. Tutti i comfort necessari e niente di superfluo. La strada da percorrere non è così tremenda e nei dintorni ci sono un sacco di cose da vedere e da godere. Sabrina è stata discreta ma sempre presente. Grazie

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Vincent et nous sommes ravis. Le logement est très fonctionnel, bien équipé, propre, et extrêmement lumineux avec toutes les baies vitrées qui rendent encore mieux qu’en photo. Super point de vue sur la vallée, très bien situé (30 min de Nice, 45 min de Menton, 1h15 de Saint Martin Vésubie). Environnement très calme, la route d’accès met directement dans l’ambiance (2,5km de montée en lacets). Bref un sans faute et une super semaine pour nous. Et Vincent est très arrangeant et super gentil. On a même testé la piscine qui venait juste d’être mise en eau (14 degrés mais motivé ça se fait 😆)

Patrice's property is beautifully situated and completely private and secure. All of the outside spaces are incredible, large, well maintained with wonderful terraces to enjoy. The pool and surrounding area is fantastic! Safely secured separately from the main grounds with a summer house including a toilet, shower, fridge, kitchen area with a sink and BBQ and ample seating and sun loungers. There is also adequate shaded areas for those who want to escape the sun. Equipment to maintain the pool during your stay is also impressivy provided! Inside, there is a large utility room, well equipped kitchen, huge dining room with a snug TV viewing room off to the side, with a cosy sofa and a couple of chairs. One bedroom is located downstairs with an ensuite. There is a separate office area leading up the stairs to the remaining bedrooms, a family sized bathroom with his and hers sinks! The beds are amazingly comfortable, lots of linens, towels etc are all provided. Overall a fabulous stay!

Dit charmante huisje in de heuvels heeft prachtig zicht op het meer van St Cassien. Het is er heerlijk vertoeven! De foto's bij de advertentie geven een correct beeld, we kwamen niet voor verrassingen te staan. Het is basic maar heel degelijk ingericht: keukentje met inductievuur, oven, ijskast met vriesvak, grote wasbak, koffiezet, afwasmachine, etc. Een zetel en uitklapbare tafel maken de woonruimte compleet. Dan is er een kleine badkamer met goede douche, wastafel en toilet en een aparte slaapkamer met comfortabel tweepersoonsbed. Er is voldoende opbergruimte en zelfs een wasmachine. Buiten heb je keuze te over om te gaan zitten of liggen relaxen, in de zon of in de schaduw! Parkeren kan vlak aan het huisje, mits je een kleine/medium wagen hebt, gaat via een steil weggetje en was voor mij persoonlijk moeilijk draaien. Het meer is met de auto snel te bereiken, veel mogelijkheden tot uitstapjes in de regio. Heel hartelijke ontvangst van Amanda en Rob, ook vooraf heldere en snelle communicatie. Het was duidelijk dat we met onze vragen bij hen terecht konden. We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf!

Ett toppenställe att bo på! Vi stannade i fyra veckor med våra två hundar. Tyckte speciellt mycket om den inhägnade trädgården där man kunde dricka kaffe och sola. Allt var rent och fräscht och vi saknade ingenting. Värdarna var trevliga och roliga och gav oss goda råd om omgivningen. Det enda minuset var att det var omöjligt att gå ut med hundarna på vägen utanför huset på grund av all trafik och ingen trottoar. Men vi fick tips om vilka fina skogar och parker vi kunde köra till. Vi kommer mycket gärna tillbaka hit!

Nous avons passé une semaine idyllique dans ce cadre privilégié, au calme entre la fraîcheur des arbres et le chant des cigales. Nous recommandons cette maison charmante et rustique, notamment à la saison chaude : la maison reste fraîche toute la journée, et le bassin d’eau de source permet de se délasser tout en profitant d’une vue incomparable sur les montagnes. La communication avec les hôtes est simple et efficace, et l’historique de la maison passionnant !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le cottage de Laure, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la literie très confortable et le linge de lit de qualité, ainsi que le fait de pouvoir profiter à volonté de la piscine assez proche du cottage. La résidence est très calme et il est agréable de s'y promener. Nous recommandons grandement ce airbnb. Olivier et Catherine

Maison très agréable située dans un parc privatif avec petit lac , piscine agréable , tennis , très ombragé , La maison est charmante à l’intérieur elle est entièrement rénovée et climatisée , début août c’est très appréciable , très bien équipée , il ne manque rien pour le confort d’un séjour dans le sud est , son extérieur est sans vis à vis et plutôt calme , nous avons profité du barbecue et des jolies soirées sur la terrasse Aussi nous avons profité de la très belle région mais aussi des activités du parc avec la piscine et le tennis .merci !!!

A wonderful house in a great hideaway location right in the middle of Pont-du-Loup. We loved the fact we felt so tucked away in the beautiful terraced gardens with fruit trees and so many choices of places to sit and of course the fabulous river to cool off in. Loved everything - the house was very stylish down to the crockery and glasses! A fabulous area, we walked and swam in rivers every day, went to Italy and the coast. Fantastic!

Top Unterkunft in super Lage für den Entspannungsurlaub in den Hügeln der Alpes Maritime. Großzügige Ausstattung und alles was man zum Selbstversorgen braucht. Nancy und Eric sind tolle Gastgeber und das Haus ist top (super Ausstattung) und war sehr sauber. Pool mit Aussicht aufs Meer. 35 min Spaziergang nach Tourrettes (knuffige Altstadt ohne die Massen) mit lecker Bäckereien, guten Restaurants (zB le Bouchon) und 3 kleinen Epiceries. Wanderungen auf den Balkons d’Azur (u.a. Stillgelegte Bahnstrecke) nachTourrettes (ca 1 Std ) oder Pont du loup (5km) oder zur und an der domaine des courmettes (verschiedene Strecken) Nächster Strand Cagnes ca 35 min im Auto. Nach dem Trubel an der Küste ist das cueille le nuit nochmal schöner. 100% empfehlenswert

Mick and Claire and their b’n’b were great! They were there to welcome us in and made us feel at home. The amenities were great with food and drink ready for our first morning! We had a great chat with them both and they were incredibly warm and fun. We are heading back and will be booking again if there’s space. The area is also great with loads of restaurants and beautiful villages. Highly recommended

Up above the city, Patricia's villa is private and restful but within easy access of Nice and all its attractions. The garden is gorgeous and full of flowers and butterflies. There is an hourly bus that stops at the bottom of the road and another connection if you walk about 500m downhill. The villa is very well equipped and Patricia is super helpful if you need anything. We were even provided some vegetables from her garden. The little salt water pool is a great asset on days where you want to relax in the sun at home and take in the view. We also made use of the barbeque for a couple of dinners. All in all a wonderful place to base yourself for all that is available in the area.

Barbara ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Häuschen ist ein Bijoux und alles war perfekt! Wir kommen wieder ❤️

Irma’s place was a spectacular retreat on a property too special to reduce to the number of words permitted here. We had the most restful holiday in a private cottage surrounded by beautiful gardens, endless landscape and flowing water. The interior design and quality of the cottage and finishings are unmatched. We felt immediately at home and enjoyed the spacious bathroom and closet space and a fully equipped kitchen. There were so many outdoor sitting areas we didn’t have the opportunity to use them all. The beautiful pool and pool house were a wonderful retreat to enjoy each day. Our host was fabulous taking care to greet us on arrival and departure and providing excellent local advice and conversation. She also provided us with fresh bread, wine and charcuterie upon arrival. This was a once in a lifetime trip at a special property with an exceptional host. If you have the opportunity to stay here we cannot recommend it highly enough.
