Our house is located at a place called Le Couquet, a quiet area, in the municipality of Capdenac-Le-Haut (46), at the gates of Lot and Aveyron, a pretty fortified medieval village overlooking the Lot River and being one of the most beautiful villages in France. The proposed accommodation is located on the second floor of our house. Completely renovated, it is independent and accessible via an external staircase. It has a terrace that overlooks the pool and offers a beautiful panorama of the Lot Valley. Designed for 2 adults

This peaceful place offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, or with friends . 5 minutes by car from the historic center of Figeac, a city classified as Great Occitanie sites, in a soothing and quiet setting. We offer a fully equipped house, with a view, above ground pool, Jacuzzi (to be booked, at no extra charge) and many leisure activities (board games, badminton, ping pong, football cage, 2 adult bikes...) . Set within the rolling hills of Aveyron the property provides comfortable accommodation for 6 people. With its own large garden and sun terrace with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. There is a large heated private pool open during the Summer months. The bright and airy accommodation has an open plan living/dining area with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A great starting point for hiking and cycling. Villefranche with all its amenities is less than 15 minutes drive away.
