Wonderful place....beautiful, clean, comfortable and so much more. Can walk to lots of restaurants, etc. Or Uber will pick you up on the corner which we did. Mansions close, too. The morning downstairs breakfast was much more than expected, delicious! The check in lady and everyone who worked there were polite and helpful. Much better than a hotel! I highly recommend.

We stayed a few nights and the inn was quaint and cozy. Perfectly located to restaurants and shops. Our host Jeanette was friendly and very helpful. The continental breakfast was served in the cutest dining area and her homade coffee cake was delicious.

Phil could not have been more engaged, helpful or friendly. Great all arould!

Several times I have been welcomed here for business travel. Nice bonus to be able to unwind with a view of the ocean after a long day. Laid back, no frill’s atmosphere is what I love about this place.

I have stayed here many times. it is a historic place that has not been totally upgraded. That is why it is affordable. I hope it never changes. I always love staying here.

Our stay was amazing! Hunter was so helpful and responsive if we needed anything. The space was amazing and only a few steps away from Thames street. Would highly recommend this spot!

Right near all that 28 has to offer, but removed enough from the main drag that you don’t hear the traffic. Situated on a beautiful tidal river, the views and location don’t disappoint. Perfect for 1-2 people looking for a centrally located cape getaway.

Awesome hotel! Perfect location next to Fenway with lots of restaurants nearby. Walkable to tons of things to do. Hotel had very cool vibes and our 14 year old girls loved the record players and outdoor spaces. Definitely staying here again!

We stayed here for the pool for the kids (which was open, some recent reviews said it had been closed) and the beach access. Rooms seem new and it was quiet. You can find free parking right in front or pretty close around the beach.

The room is one of many in a large, single-story motel. The staff was very friendly at check-in and helpful in pointing us in the right direction. The rooms were perfect for our set-up, one room had two double beds and a pull-out sofa, and the second room had a queen sized bed and the kitchenette. Everything was clean and worked well. We stayed for two nights and were pleasantly surprised that the room was cleaned and refreshed the first day while we were out. A good value overall, and a great place to stay with a larger group.

Very easy to check in and check out. The front desk staff was super friendly and the room was close to the fire works for July 4th.

Debra's condo was the perfect getaway for me and my husband! Although it was just the two of us, it was spacious enough for a family of four. It was right across the street from the beach and there were several great restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely book again!

Charles was amazing. Everything was perfect - exceptionally clean and comfortable lodging, incredible breakfast, and Charles was very communicative and easy to work with. We can't wait to go back!!!

Great location (more of a quiet neighborhood, away from the busy noise of Boston!), but walkable to a lot of restaurants/coffee shops as well as a Whole Foods. Several blue bike locations within a short walk which we used for biking around. Isabel was extremely responsive and was available in the event we needed anything. Room exactly as described. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent old fashion motel. It was quaint with a nice waterfront. Enjoyed the rustic beach for a quick dip. The TV was excellent. Derek, allowed me to check in early and addressed any issues I had. I had a great stay. I would recommend this especially if you’re traveling solo.

Super cute and cozy spot near Porter and Harvard Squares. Nice common area, too. We had a very smooth stay here and loved the unique touches in the room -- you really feel like you're at an inn, not a hotel.

Such a unique and conveniently located boutique hotel! We stayed here during a week day adventure and the place was lovely! Very clean, able to accommodate our luggage prior to check in so that we may explore the island without our suitcases, early check in provided as a room had become available, friendly, quick communication, continental coffee in the morning, and an overall great spot. Will absolutely be staying here again on our quick trips back and forth to the island!
