This gueen-bed suite has a private entrance, a living room with wifi/tv, and a small, private bath, on a beautifully maintained property on 28A in N. Falmouth. Enjoy easy access to beaches & the bike path is across the street. The suite is priced based on two people, additional people - older kids, friends, are $40/night more; two twin blow-ups can be set up in living room. You must list the total amount of guests when booking. This house is not well suited to toddlers & young children.

The Captain's House is a 12 bedroom centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 7 is a SMALL room FOR ONE PERSON on the 2nd floor with steep stairs. If offers a full-sized bed & shared bathroom (9 rooms on 2nd floor shared 2 full bathrooms - 8 of the 9 rooms have in-room sinks) with in-room sink, air conditioning, TV, cable, WIFI We don't offer parking this year. We built our home in 1997 and have shared it with our five children, grandchildren and extended family. We thought someday when the kids leave, we will make it into a Bed & Breakfast and Airbnb has made the dream simply possible. PEACEFUL ROOM is appropriately named as peace and quiet is most important when hosting guests. It comes with A FULL BREAKFAST that is served at 8-8:30 AM. It is a 5 minute walk to an array of restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon, clothing shop, as well as a souvenir shop and more. Going for a bike ride, jog or a walk, this is your spot! There is also pickle ball within a 10 minute walk. There is very little use of the fridge and no cooking is allowed.

A continental breakfast can be enjoyed in your suite or, weather permitting, at the table on the terrace shaded by an awning overlooking the gardens.

Howards End - Room 2-2 (Queen Bed & Private Bath)

Room size is about 150 sqft, with queen bed and private bathroom. Steep stairs warning to whoever may have a concern. The bed of this room is medium soft. Avoid it if you require a firm one. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. Please check "Other things to note" section for parking options and cancellation policies. The Chicago House is a centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 2, is on the 1st floor with a queen bed & private bathroom. A/C, TV, cable, WIFI, refrigerator. Free On Site PARKING in the BACK of our BnB, is not accessible through our street address. When the lot is full, parking may involve tandem spots and you may need to leave your keys with us Our simple cold continental breakfast is served from 8am to 9:30am
