Vacation rentals with breakfast in Cape Cod

Beautiful and comfortable house. Private with gorgeous views. Fun treats and snacks and even lovely surprises in the bathrooms. Being able to do laundry and the guide to local restaurants and attractions were all super helpful. Tara provides an amazing online database of recommendations and instructions. Note to dog owners: one thing that we didn't realize until we booked and read all the pages of the guidebook, dogs are not allowed on furniture or to be loose in the house alone. Tara was kind enough to ask us our dog's size and provide a crate, but because we've never crated our dog, we just brought her with us everywhere. More fun for her!

My friends and I were looking for a place in the area to stay during spring break, and had a lovely time at this little cottage! The home was clean and had just enough space for 5 of us. We really enjoyed the little fire pit, which comes with logs! They also have towels, but did not really have bowls or an extra supply of paper towels. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here!

Great spot, close to everything, as advertised. perfect for our 4 legged pooch.

My friends and I loved our stay at the chateau! We attended a wedding at the inn and It was the perfect location, great proximity to the venue and so many things in the area. Anya was so wonderful to communicate with and made our stay such a breeze! The house is so beautiful, spacious and such a great space to gather im. We spent so much time on the deck and my dog loved the fenced in backyard! I can’t recommend this place enough

IIya's house was very clean and very comfortable. We were a family of 4 adults and 3.5 and 1.5 year old children. We never felt cramped or on top of each other. There was plenty of space. Illya was extremely responsive and took care of a towel issue immediately. The process to get into the house was very easy. We had a fabulous week and would highly recommend staying at this house. The location was great. It is close to Hyannis where you can find many stores ex. Trader Joe's for your shopping convenience.

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! The Magical Beach House was open and sunny with great views of the marsh and harbor beyond. East Dennis is a small town and very quiet, which we loved. Sharon had everything right at the house for our use, including a new grill, which we took advantage of! Sharon was very helpful with suggestions and quickly responded to any question we had. We will definitely be back!!

Great rental for a solo trip or couple interested in staying on the cape for fun summer beach weekend!! The apartment was located in a quaint neighborhood with ample parking and was very easy to come and go. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get away and relax

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

Corinne is a wonderful host! She has a beautiful place in a wonderful neighborhood which is walkable to the beach. The view is breathtaking and a very relaxing stay!

Freddy is a treasure and to stay in his Airbnb has been an honor. It's really well located and his extensive knowledge of all the happenings during the weekend positioned us right in the heart of the action.

Perfect location with Great innkeepers! Incredibly comfortable bed; period furnishings in my room, and a beautiful antique lamp with a stained glass casing below to add ambiance along w/gentle lighting at night. “Lovely” is what comes to mind when I think of my stay at Martin’s Inn. The decorations and beautiful back porch views made for a quaint getaway accommodation! Our trip was only improved by Martin’s kindness to our group. He made sure we knew the best places in town and even gave us rides, when we wanted! Will absolutely be looking to come back. Can’t recommend enough!

We stayed at Wiz's place for 3 nights and felt right at home! Our stay was super pleasant, there are a lot of things to do in the area and we could have stayed a lot longer. The breakfast was such a nice little touch and the homemade goodies were very much appreciated! Thanks again for everything!!

This is such a beautiful, warm place to stay. The bed was so comfortable and everything in the room clean and fresh. Breakfast was delicious and the staff so friendly. There was a little treat basket in the room with the most delicious peppermint patties! The common areas were beautifully decorated and inviting. I wish we could have stayed longer but our schedule only allowed us one night there.

We felt right at home. Easy contactless check in and check out. We were on the first floor and right next to the door out of the property. Would highly recommend.

Charlie is a very gracious host. He warmly welcomed us to his home and spoke with us about the local community as well as other areas of Cape Cod. Charlie offered to assist with restaurant suggestions and any points of interest. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. His home is lovely and inviting. Charlie has a great library in the space for his guests as well as offering to make daily breakfast for guests. His home is located in a quiet area with ample parking. We would go back for a future stay with Charlie.
