A kitchen set provides extra seating or eating space perfect for hosting a home cooked meal prepared in your private kitchen. Unpack your suitcases into a spacious dresser or large closet to make your stay as simple as it is sunny. A set of soft sheets and cozy quilt in a queen bed plus two twin-sized sleeper sofas allow for a comfortable spot to lay your head when the day is done. Outside, opt to lounge luxuriously around the in-ground pool or soak up some rays on our second-floor terrace. Bright and light loungers, side chairs and comfy couches provide optimal seating options throughout the pool and patio areas. We may require a cash security deposit at check-in to all guests under the age of 35 The deposit will be returned at check-out if there are no damages including badly soiled linens, no trash and the unit is left in good condition

Our casual and cozy Queen room is 1 block to beach & OCNJ boardwalk. Your room is light & bright with it's own petite private bath, individually controlled A/C, a flat screenTV & a mini-refrigerator. As part of our vintage boutique sized Inn, the Zenneth Manor, we offer daily maid service, free on-site parking and complimentary beach tags in season. Our restored 1950 inn is a classic beach getaway that we've injected with an easy laid back style.

Perfect for a relaxing family vacation, this condo has 1 queen bed and sofa bed, private parking, and located within walking distance to a park for the kids, tennis courts, mini golf, restaurants, shops and ice cream shop. Only 2 short blocks from the beach, enjoy access to an outdoor pool and kiddie pool, common area to hangout and watch TV, and washer/dryer onsite. Wawa, CVS, and Acme are located across the street and next to the building.

Third Floor Hotel Room with Private Bath

While our main building is closed for the season, we offer winter accommodations in the "Southern Quarters". This room is located on the third floor with a queen bed and a private bath. You will have access to a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker that is shared with other guests. Enjoy free on street parking in the heart of the historic district! Please note, you must climb stairs to access this room.

This beautiful first floor two-person studio is ADA accessible. It features a queen sized bed, full kitchen, and open style bath with luxurious shower.
