Carolina's house is located in a beautiful natural setting and within a beautiful enclosed neighborhood, it is 15-20 minutes from the center of Salta and also from San Lorenzo. Ontoto the house, it's perfect. A location with beautiful views within the neighborhood, very good taste in the arrangement and equipment that are top quality, in bedding, towels, kitchen, etc. The interior design of the house is to stay and live on. Carolina's impeccable attention and warmth.

Spent 2 awesome weeks at this fantastic place. Had an awesome time with the family - soccer, swimming pool, fire pit, cubby house, etc etc The hosts are amazing and very friendly. do not doubt to book this place. highly recommend it.

We were in the family, 5 big people. Very nice place, everything organized and clean. We were greeted by Martín and Jessica. They were always attentive and consulting to see if we needed anything. The very quiet place, ideal for relaxing.

I don't have enough words to thank Monica for her hospitality. From the first moment, it was like dealing with my own mother: attentive, loving and always careful that we were comfortable. Not only did Monica recommend us amazing places to visit, but she also shared her valuable experience and knowledge about the area, which made our stay even more special. Talking to her was a real pleasure, always ready to provide information and make us feel welcome. It is evident how much she takes care of her home and her beautiful garden which is a gem and a great added value to the place. The photos don't do it justice – it's a spacious, comfortable, beautiful, and perfectly maintained space. The location is ideal, with easy access to everything in Salta, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. But the most important thing was how Monica made sure our Christmas Eve was the best time of our trip.

The apartment is very nice, bigger than what you see in the pictures. Excellent location, restaurants nearby, butchers within walking distance, great wine shops. Excellent communication. Unfortunately, on the first day we found out that a dog was staying in the apartment even though it says that it is forbidden to enter with animals. The bedroom had dog hair on the bed, blanket and shower room and dog waste in the garden. Paula Maria arrived and did her best to take care of the cleaning issue. The next day a cleaner came. We really enjoyed there, and extended our stay. Despite the unpleasantness we experienced regarding the cleanliness, I highly recommend the house and the hostess.

The house is really beautiful, very green, quiet. Spend a spectacular family stay. And she is always attentive and resolute. I would come back without thinking!

Excellent location. Spacious. Comfortable bed. Clean. Large safe big enough for our computers. 2 large closets with lots of hangars. Good wifi. Kind hotel staff. Enjoyed the historic vibe of the hotel (built in 1940’s). Be sure to ask the hotel staff how to raise and lower the external blinds. The mechanism is well hidden! The pool’s skimmer did not seem to be in use. We found there were a lot of leaves and bugs on the water surface. This suite was good value for our money and we would definitely stay there again.

The apartment inside is as descriptive and shown in the photos. Spacious, clean and very well-equipped environments. The washing machine and all kitchen equipment is a 10. The flawless heating with balanced shooting heaters and air split Frío Calor. The parking lot very good (although you have to be careful with low cars when entering so that you don't touch). From the outside, the building is a bit old and the apartment is on the second floor by stairs, which is a bit uncomfortable, but super compensated with the comfort of the interior. It is located in a quiet area, close to the Artisan Market and not far from the center (approx. 20 blocks). Debora was very friendly and attentive, she gave us many very useful recommendations, We highly recommend it.

We stayed there 9 nights in August and really enjoyed our entire stay. Maria was extremely responsive when we had questions. The front door/handyman was the best too! He always opened the door for us when we arrived/departed, and he was very friendly and helpful - truly exceptional. The neighborhood was also wonderful. Many nearby beautiful stores, restaurants, a fruit stand with the nicest human beings in the world, a pharmacy, while quiet and safe for walking after sunset.

Doris is very kind from the moment, and always proved predisposed and resolute. The apartment is very functional and very comfortable, everything is new and clean, which embellishes it even more. I was very comfortable and secure access to both the building and the unit. I appreciate having stayed in this beautiful place, that if I have the chance I will come back. I recommend it!

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Both air conditioners worked well. The washing machine was a nice feature and they had a drying rack which fit perfectly on the deck. The kitchen was good enough to make meals but the stove was a bit slow but still very workable. It had pots, pans and good selection of dishes. The internet worked well and was fast. it is a 5 to 10 minute walk (depending on one's speed) to the shopping center which had a very nice Carrefour market which had a great selection of meats and veggies. It is a 15 to 20 minute walk (depending on speed) to the main square. The air conditioners worked well and so did the TV with a broad selection of channels.

Excellent attention to Guido, we arrived during the morning in Salta and had all the predisposition to have the apartment ready for us first thing, very happy with the stay, in addition to the apartment 10 points!

Great communication, ours was a last minute booking on a bank holiday in Salta but the check in was smooth. The shower and Aircon fab.

We really loved this place; it’s a much quieter neighborhood compared to the other places we stayed. You can find everything you need nearby, with a market and bakery close by. The house is just like in the photos, it has a nostalgic feel and is comfortable inside. We had a minor internet issue, a general signal problem, but our communication with Maria was always great. If I come here again, I would stay in this house again. :)

Very comfortable stay

Lovely spacious , comfortable and well equiped apartment 2 minutes walk to the cathedral and heart of Salta city.

Location and comfort were good. Walkable area. Apartment had a washer and drying rack. kitchen we equipped. It was more difficult than we used to checking in and out. We had to park/wait on the street till Rocia came outside. Getting into the garage requires a key fob and car lift to park under the building (tight space). Checking out in the am requires you to leave the keys inside the apt & leave the apt and front door unlocked or wait to leave the keys with a neighbor. Stay overall though was nice. Don't be in a hurry. Make time for the process.
