Beautiful downtown accommodation on the ground floor – 80 square metres

Our own 80 m² ground-floor accommodation with a huge patio in the heart of San Juan! Just 2 blocks from Plaza 25 de Mayo, Catedral de San Juan and the Rivadavia pedestrian street. A renovated space, very spacious and quiet, ideal for relaxing in peace. It has a large bedroom, a living room with a smart TV, a futon-style sofa/bed, a separate kitchen and dining area, a private internal patio (16 m2), and a large patio in the common area. Comfort, space, and convenience in the city's best area.

Prime location, 20 meters from the Civic Center of San Juan, 100 meters from the Bicentennial Theater, 400 meters from the Parque de Mayo. In a quiet area, with a lot of parks nearby. And with everything you need to enjoy your vacation or business trip without worries.

A spacious and bright apartment

This special place is close to everything: it will be very easy to plan your visit. It is a comfortable, spacious and bright two-room apartment located on a 2nd floor. It is accessed via stairs. It has a bedroom with a double bed that has an en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room with a large window that allows you to go out to a large balcony overlooking the city of San Juan and the mountains. All spaces have good ventilation and natural lighting.

A modern kitchen features sleek cabinetry and a black countertop. An electric stove and oven are included, along with a washing machine. A small dining table with three chairs is situated beside a large window, allowing natural light to brighten the space.

Enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay in the heart of San Juan. This unique place has a style all its own. Spacious, bright and comfortable. It offers views and a balcony. Fully equipped, it has a washing machine. In the double bed bedroom, we can attach two single beds to accommodate up to 4 people. We include bed linen and towels. Fourth floor. Mitre Building, steps from San Juan Tourist Office, Plaza 25 de Mayo, pedestrian, Banks, public offices, supermarkets, cafes...
