Monthly Rentals in Capitol Reflecting Pool

We had a wonderful 2 month stay at Keith’s place. The location was great and Keith was very responsive and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed.

Loved the studio apartment! The studio looked just like the pictures. Everything was so clean and neat. The only issue I had was the bed. You can clearly see that the screws are missing on the left of the bed frame. I immediately called the number given but ended up having to leave a message about it. It wasn't a huge issue though as the bed was still pretty sturdy & would only be an issue if you sat at the foot of the bed. We didn't have any issues getting inside or getting around using the keypad. The rooftop pool was beautiful & the location was perfect. We pretty much walked most places. I don't like the parking at all price wise. You'll be paying $40 at minimum a day for parking in DC. I would stay here again.

Place was easy to find , great location and it was nice and clean. Very cozy feel with cool small city vibes. It was easy to get to bus and Metro . We used e bikes and scooters to get to and from the store and metro/bus Will totally come back! Awesome place

Great place to stay if ever in DC. I felt safe and the staff at the desk were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.
