highly recommend the home exactly like in the photos the super quiet beach ( on the days I spent), quiet for those who come with children, house near the beach, a restaurant with homemade food and barbecue top and affordable value, the house with everything in great condition and working we've been here for 7 days, and we'll definitely be back

We had a wonderful stay at Cristina's apartment! The property is exactly as shown in the photos, super clean and organized. Practically complete kitchen, we tried out the coffee maker and it's great! The location is excellent, close to everything, and one detail that made a big difference was finding the beds with clean sheets, blankets and pillows, which saved space in the car, since we didn't need to bring these items. Cristina's reception was amazing: she is a very friendly and welcoming person. We were greeted with a loving treat that made everything even more special. As for the location, there are several beaches nearby, but most require a car trip. Ubatuba Beach, which is about a 10-minute walk, is the closest option for those who prefer to walk. Suggestions for improvement: Including a microwave would be very practical, especially to facilitate quick meals. A smooth knife and a barbecue fork would be useful and a hammock to relax. I highly recommend it!

From the moment we stepped through the door we felt at home place was nice and clean. the areas really nice too beach is just a short walk away and the restaurants near by are nice too. it was and secure with everything we needed inside from the kitchen to the bathroom.

I really enjoyed staying in the apartment. The check in was very quick and easy, done directly at the condominium gatehouse. The apartment was clean and organized. It had everything to spend a great season in the place. Near the beach, with chairs and sunshine available for use. The host was always helpful and quickly answered questions. I recommend if you want to spend a pleasant time with the family.

We really enjoyed the stay! The apartment matches what is advertised, everything is very clean and well maintained. It is worth the care with those who come by bus: the keys are picked up at another location, but everyone is flexible and there is the possibility of asking them to take them to you. The location is great, easy access to the beach and the city center. The host was very responsive, responds quickly and always asks to resolve any unforeseen issues! The apartment provides some linens, but it's worth bringing your own, otherwise the apartment is complete, it has everything you need. We loved it and plan to return soon.

Excellent house. My family loved it. spasosa, airy, with many utensils, beach chairs, a pool where the rianças played a lot, air conditioning in one of the rooms and ceiling and door fans in other rooms.

great house even without air conditioning it is very cool, this situation did not bother me. the beaches are not very busy but they are clean, a good strip of sand, the house itself corresponds to expectations, I recommend it to everyone.

We stayed for almost a month at Luiz Vicente's house. There is no better place for those who want to forget the stress of everyday life. The beach is literally in front of the house. I'll be back as soon as I can. Everything clean and organized.

Good location, is close to conveniences, market, snack bars and also the beach. Hosts were very attentive and the house catered to the photos.

The house is great, clean and very well equipped. The place is also excellent, away from the downtown mess and with all the comfort by the sea. The condominium is tasty, but I found that the surveillance with guests was very aggressive and uncompromising in some situations, just to improve a little more how to communicate, which would already be good.

Silvia was available throughout the stay , the access was through electronic lock which made our access easier. Air conditioner working very well , the house has everything to cook and barbecue . Great location, easy access to several beautiful beaches. Our pets loved the huge yard of the house ( two large sized) . I recommend:)

Excellent option for those seeking tranquility and great structure for the family. The apartment is very equipped, it makes us feel at home. It has a good barbecue with equipment. The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.
