Relax in a villa with 180 degrees sea view in the peaceful and beautiful area of Ladera del Mar, just outside Nerja. Enjoy your own heated pool (at extra cost), garden, patio with barbecue, as well as several terraces. The association has a communal pool. In the villa there is a living room, a kitchen that was renovated in 2025, tv room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms as well as guest toilet. In the tower there is a study room with a lifting view. To the "balcony" in central Nerja it is 3.5 km and to the nearest beach 750 m.

No rental car needed at this villa: it's only 2 minutes walk to restaurants, shops and tapas bars and the beaches such as playa Carabeillo and playa Carabeo beach. Still, the villa does have its own private parking. Inside, luxury qualities offer you a comfortable stay. Location and outside area Imagine: step out the door, turn left, walk 80 metres and... lay down on the beach!
