This is a totally self contained master bedroom suite with a private entrance and bathroom. Included is a posturepedic California king mattress, walk-in double shower and double sinks. There is also Verizon Fios TV, WIFI a small refrigerator, microwave, and a kruger coffee maker. The AC and heat is also self contained in the room and controlled by the guest.

Beautiful clean in law suite in a private home with a bedroom, bath, washer/dryer, small living space, stocked kitchen and private entrance. 1 mile to Ballston Metro, free street parking upon request. Just off 66 and bike path, 6 min drive to DC. This is an inlaw suite on the second floor of a family house and we would prefer quiet professionals. There are 20 wooden outside stairs to climb to get into the unit. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We look forward to hosting you!

Bedlam? Yes! Go watch a baseball or hockey game! Nationals Park! Capital One Arena! Squalor? Yes, I have to carry my own kayak to the Potomac River this summer. Worse? I had to sit down on the damp ground to put my ice skates on before enjoying the frozen river in January.
