I went with my wife and my 15-month-old baby and it was ideal for a great week. The property is spacious, super-equipped, clean and very comfortable. Andrés is great, always attentive, super hospitable and friendly. 100% recommended.

The stay at Gastón's house was very relaxing and beautiful to observe on cloudy days. We had very good access 3 blocks from the beach and a few kilometers from Paradores de Pinamar Norte/The border. The house was spacious, clean, cool and everything was in very good condition. Thank you for your lodging.

The place is very comfortable and quiet, the location is very good to be able to access the beach. We were touched by many rainy days, so we spent a lot of time in the house which is big and warm. Carmen is always attentive to any questions. I highly recommend it.

Also a mention of Costa Esmeralda, it is the first time we were there and we were amazed by the place, ideal to go with the family with children and especially adolescents where they will be able to live an independence that can not always be given in the city. Excellent experience! The place is really very nice, the house is small and very nice, as seen in the photos. Ideal to go alone or as a couple. I went with my girlfriend and we didn't have much space drama. It has a shared patio that is very nice and spacious to hang out. Pablina, a genius, assisted us and was always attentive when we asked her things. The proximity to the beach (1 block) and the center (2 blocks) is also key and finally I want to highlight the flexibility for check-in and check-out. Poor Pablina, we went around in circles with that and the truth is she never made a fuss, as I said, a genius! Thank you and we would definitely go back! Regards!

Excellent apartment and host, there were 4 of us and we resolved to be comfortable. It has everything, very equipped. The area is beautiful, quiet. The nearby beach is spacious and quiet. Martin the manager is also very friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Javier's place! We couldn't believe how close we were to the ocean -- you can see it from the bed. :) The place was super comfortable and Javier and his spouse were so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

The apartment is amazing! Very nice decorated and has everything to cook, make asado and so on! It has a balcony with a beautiful view, and is 15 min from the town of Pinamar! We pass it barbarous!

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is very spacious and bright, the balcony-terrace is a plus since it allows you to enjoy the nights eating and having something outdoors. It's also worth noting how clean I was when we arrived. Nicolas is an excellent host, responds quickly and any concerns or requests we had resolved it in minutes. We'll be back!

The space was much more spacious, comfortable, and with a nice view than what's shown in the photos. We were only 2 nights. many storage spaces and very comfortable for us who went with 3 girls. being so many were fundamental the second bathroom. Very friendly and attentive the people who welcomed us and took care of us during our stay. We will return without hesitation
