This apartment is connected to the main house and is well equipped with good aircon in a quiet, safe neighbourhood, just 5 mins walk from the river. The house is right on the corner of Patagonia and Carmelo Botazzi. The parking is just outside the apartment. It's about a 15 min walk to the town and we enjoyed dinner at the Neptune restaurant. Maria was very helpful and left treats for us. Highly recommended.

Excellent for two people. If you are passing through, it is second to none. Ideal young people or couples who will be on the move. To be anchored in the apartment, I don't recommend it. The owner has the best wave and predisposition. With a couple of tweaks, it's the ideal stay. Highly recommended.

Clean apartment in the centre of town with all the basics you could need. TV is an internet TV and not smart so can be a little tedious to operate. Air conditioning was great. Katia's communication was great. Although the bedroom faces a rear carpark there will be some ambient noise from the nearby bars and plaza, but the noise is very minimal and not excessive. I preferred sleeping in the living room as a result. Overall, a good affordable stay.

Very good location, two blocks away from the main square. Good value for money, smooth communication.
