A City of Carpinteria Transient Occupancy Tax of 15% will be collected separate from Airbnb fees based on the total nightly fee plus cleaning fee. Fee is due prior to check-in and made payable to the owner for remittance to the City (CMC 14.47.080b.)

The retreat is located on the first floor of our tri-level house with private entrance at side yard. Large wooden deck around the entire unit which surrounded by seasonal creek, you will feel like being in the forest. All the pictures you see on the list are for guests exclusive use.

A studio size bungalow with a full kitchen. Private deck out back and enclosed front yard. Sleeps 1-2 people. Pets okay, unless they're notorious barkers as this is a quiet neighborhood.
