Ground floor apartment with new, modern independent access, equipped and designed for your total comfort. You will find everything you need including bedding, towels, toiletries and a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms feature a king size bed and two king beds, with blinds that provide total darkness for a pleasant break. You also enjoyed a large living space, kitchen, gallery, single bathroom, and en-suite bathroom.

Nice and cozy apartment

In Elche📍. This accommodation is close to everything, restaurants, downtown 15 min walk, shopping malls... you can walk everywhere. You have public transportation so you can get to the beach or any other place if you wish. It offers every comfort and is very cozy. Great for a few days in town. We accept pets under 20kg with extra cost. Summer months are increased €10/day for electricity costs paid separately.

The colorful house

When we bought the house, the old owner had each wall painted a color, in a somewhat peculiar combination. Our children, then little ones, were gracious and they started calling it La casita de colores. Even though we have been refurbishing it to our liking, we have always tried to maintain that essence, combining color, functionality and harmony. We hope you like it!
