In Iza you will find different routes for hiking, bike rides, hot springs and just 14km away is Lake Tota. My place is good for couples, adventurers, families (with kids), large groups, and pets.

The house is located in the municipality of Monguí, a 10-minute walk from the main square. The property is facing the Morro River on a private 2,500 m2 property. The place is quiet and spacious. Ideal for resting. Restaurants and supermarkets are less than a 10-minute walk away and the house has access for several vehicles. Monguí may have occasional power, water, and internet outages.
