The house is all fenced in, allowing tranquility for those with pets or children. We have a beautiful ornamental lake, with some fish, we leave food for the children to be able to feed them and this ends up being fun! The house has 3 bedrooms (2 en-suites), all with air-conditioning😀

Parking space for 1 car, but it is possible to park other cars in front of the house. Our house is located 600 meters from the lake and Lumiar square and 100 meters from Mercadinho Moura next to Vila Mozer with direct access by asphalt.
