You have your own entrance and exclusive use of a section of the timber deck . The space is lockable via the one entry door and security lights are installed outside . The setting is in a very quiet street and next to a beautiful little park , which is home to many birds , a pair of brush turkeys and the occasional koala . Lismore’s CBD is only 4 minutes drive away .

The studio is located at the rear of the main house and faces away from it so is quiet and private. There is rear lane entry and covered parking for your vehicle. Amenities include: wifi; a kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker; separate bathroom; tv and dvd player; air conditioning; and a ‘5 star’ king size bed (super comfy!).
