The location is perfect, close to the centrinho that can go on foot. The condominium has a grocery store, which met our needs. That I liked the most was the pool, which has a bar with excellent appetizers. Definitely recommend this hosting to anyone who visits the area. Can't wait to return!”

Everything was very good in the apartment. The only bad point is the process of entering the condominium. The management of the condominium could carry out a faster and more effective process.

Excellent stay, very cozy apartment, beautiful decor, wonderful beds, which makes it even difficult to leave the house, it's so cozy. We got a rainy week and it was great, I binged on TV series and movies, getting very comfortable. The pool is great, my son had a lot of fun, on Saturday there is recreation for the children, the Center is close, we even went by municipal collective "bora de graça" to the beach. It was almost ten days of a lot of enjoyment, a well-deserved vacation and feeling at home, only by the sea... my family and I were very satisfied and grateful... Pepe and Nildes did a great job on this apartment..

Great space, just two blocks from downtown and the beach. The house is spacious and has everything we need in the kitchen and living room. I just found the lighting from the lamps inside the house to be dark at night, but Lucas responded to the suggestion to check this. It has a beautiful pool with a variety of beautiful plants around it. The concierge and the apartment itself have passwords, making it safer. I recommend the space and the owner.

If you want to go to cumbuco/caucaia, it is a place that is close to everything, gas station, centrinho, beach, beach club with buggy rides, supermarket, but by the announcement I had understood that the two bedrooms had the conditioned, but only 1 had, but the power of it did not supply the heat of the place, it managed to be efficient only at night/dawn during the morning/afternoon it is not enough to supply the need, but otherwise it was all tranquil, good condominium, with swimming pool, grill, field, covered parking

The apartment is very beautiful , well decorated , accommodated well to everyone , had some kitchen utensils with problems , the host offered to solve it, but I did not want to, everything was very nice.

I spent 5 days in the apartment. It was days of full rest and peace. The extremely quiet location, the super clean and preserved apartment, all utensils (bed/table/bathroom/kitchen) properly sanitized and available. The view from the balcony is surreal of beautiful, with panoramic view of the sea, side of the shade, quiet and pleasant, perfect for enjoying with family, friends or even two. The air-conditioners and TVs all work properly. The condominium has friendly and requested staff. The common area of the building also super organized, clean pool and pleasant leisure area. I want to be back soon.

Wonderful apartment located in the Wai Wai complex right on the beach of Cumbuco, the kite surf hotspot of Brazil. Bedrooms (3) each with A/C and bathroom. Well secured "condominio" equipped with all facilities: swimming pool, fitness and spa room, bar, restaurant, cocktail bar, sports fields (tennis, football, volleyball). Beautiful daily well maintained tropical garden. Christmas and New Year & New Celebration at the beach with live performances of various bands, DJs, fireworks. Friendly staff. Along the sea you can walk to the center of Cumbuco. We'll be back next year!

The host was super attentive and proactive in making the moment the best possible. Well-organized location, with household items available, such as a water cooler, TV, air-conditioning, wifi, microwave and airfrier. 10-star rating and I will definitely visit them again.

The apartment is excellent well functional has everything you need for a stay Kitchen complete with filter, air fryer, refrigerator glasses, pots, dishes, cutlery. The air conditioning of the single bed room was dripping but nothing to hinder the cooling of the air The 2-bed and 2 mattress rooms did not fit the 2 extra mattresses comfortably but as we were in 5 people it was very quiet, for 6 it is tight The apartment was quite clean, exactly as described in the listing.

The stay was great, the condominium has a large structure, pools, restaurant, sea view. The apartment is well worth the price we pay, comfortable and ventilated, in addition to being quite complete in terms of utensils and appliances.

We were 2 adults and 2 children staying for 7 days in mid-January 2025. At all times Jarbas was very helpful, polite and clarified all doubts. The apartment is beautiful, with several utensils available that made our stay comfortable, meeting all our needs. The extremely comfortable beds and pillows, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room are always pleasant. The leisure area is great, with clean swimming pools, an impeccable garden, and very polite and helpful staff. Beach access is safe and entrance through the concierge as well. We felt good about the condominium policy. There is a restaurant and pool bar. Excellent food We went to Morro Branco, Praia das Fontes, Porto das Dunas beach, Sabiaguaba dunes, Lagoinha beaches, Flecheiras, Praia do Futuro and Mercado Central. We rented a car and felt safe the whole time, the city is wonderful, with good and signposted roads. We were sorry to have to leave. Very peaceful environment

The ap is exactly as described, it is very safe and comfortable. I missed some utensils, but Joelma arranged it quickly. The condominium is very beautiful and very quiet, I will come back more often.

We spent an incredible carnival and the experience was excellent! The apartment was spotless. The location is perfect, close to the beach and great for enjoying the sunset in the late afternoon. In addition, the proximity to the centrinho is a great differential. Without a doubt, we will return more often.
