I recommend! quiet, clean, smelling and organized place. In the kitchen has all the necessary items, nothing was missing! We feel at home! I think that just lacked the air-conditioning, but this is a small detail, as it has fans... Attentive and very helpful Olga!

We love the flat Local clean, organized, exactly as described. Easy access to the beach, safe, good parking space, the ice for cooler is very good!! The condominium's tooth still has a mini market and mini restaurant that serves lunch and makes pizza for dinner. The pool is air-conditioned and clean.

Our stay here was great. Comfortable apartment and the community has great amenities, especially for kids. Hosts were responsive even during holidays.

Apartment, utilities, cleaning, location, size of the space, leisure of the condominium, parking, gym, swimming pool, in short, everything excellent and as promised.

The apartment perfectly served my family. It has all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning in every room, and everything works. Everything was clean and organized. Good beds and tbm pillows. There's a dryer in the bathroom. Communication with the hosts was great, they always responded to me quickly. The location is excellent, outside the movement of the center, but quickly by car to get there. The condominium is excellent, great pools you can enjoy on a day that you don't want to go to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.

The apartment is just like the photos, although it is a little far from downtown in season it is the best because there are not so many people. Bernard and Clara were very attentive throughout your stay. We were changed a mattress immediately and in front of any queries, they responded immediately. Also Fabio, the doorman, was very attentive.

We were me, my son, fiancé and we love! A “setback” occurred for the good and Maria was super flexible with the time of entry. Upon arriving he gave us videos (super explanatory) of how to check in and how to locate us inside the condominium. Then he went to receive us and it was super solicitation and there were some candies and snacks greeting us. Apê Clean, cozy and close to supermarkets, bakery and the beach too (one line). I simply loved the stay, we were extremely pleased. Cristiane is a lovely person, a great host, I say with my eyes closed. All smelling bedding, extremely clean apartment!

Host always willing to help with questions etc Clean apartment without the smell of mold. Good sleeping beds and great shower! Only msm lacked air-conditioning, if you had it would be exceptional!!! But it has a fan in every room. The organized condominium and the pool closed with a gold key.

I had a good experience at the listing. Jardel was super flexible with the time of checkin and checkout and, even after I initially said we would not be by car, we ended up renting one during the trip and the Jardel registered the vehicle quickly for entry to the condominium. The only point to be improved is that if you are not by car, you will have to keep using the pedestrian entrance for visitors and have to identify yourself at the concierge whenever you want to enter (of course, after a while the gatekeepers can remember you and release the entrance more quickly). The apartment facing a kind of forest is a positive point for me. I recommend it.

The site complies with exactly what it promises, has enough space for a family or a couple, all the rooms are furnished and still have a backyard for the pet, both Luan and the neighbors are receptive, Luan very kind and polite, being a property of great location, recommend and come back!

The apto is wonderful, comfortable, beautiful, very well located within the condominium, all the necessary utensils and electros. Ser ground floor is a great differential. Sala has a comfortable bed, as opposed to sofa bed (q is not comfortable) like most other apt ones. Friendly Host and available to all information.

Sirlene's house is very well located: close to the beach, restaurants and bars of Itaúna. The condominium is great, with a great pool and quiet neighbors. My dogs loved it and were very quiet as well. I will come back for sure!

BETTER THAN THE LISTING!!! Communication with Renato was dynamic, clear and fast, it helped me in everything I needed. We were very well received by the condo staff, very easy and quick checkin. We went with a 2-year-old who went to the beach walking quietly, because it was very close. The very good beach service, besides having more chairs in the apt if you need it. The balcony is closed with glass, safe for those who go with children. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, with clean linens and changes if needed, it has pillows and several mattresses. The apê is equipped with everything for long stays, kitchen items, cleaning and others. The condominium has several game rooms for those who want to take vacations, toys and huge pool… everything from the 9th 22nd. MY FAMILY LOVED The STAY, sorry it was short… we came away wanting to go back and stay 1 month. Of the Airbnb that we already have, with ctz one of the best.. ah, for those who want safety for sightseeing, is the place! SUPER RECOMMEND!
