Vacation rentals with breakfast in Caucasus

I'm so happy I found this place and met Rusanna and Ruben. They are the nicest couple, very kind and welcoming. The place felt like home, tasteful artistic homelike interiors and beautiful garden outside, it feel so nice to be there and wake up to the quiet of the nature. The location is truly unbeatable, with 5 minute walk to the Garni Temple and stunning views (which can be also enjoyed form the garden). Delicious meals available at the stay and restaurants with fantastic kitchen also within 3-minute reach. I couldn't wish for anything else, this location is a gem for anyone that wants to feel Armenia through their heart.

Naira was very hospitable and met us at the door. Gave us a wonderful recommendation where to eat. I would gladly stay here again.

Housing is sweet once, but it lacks air-conditioning in rooms and keys for rooms, etc. The villa is sweet and special. We hope to pay attention to sprinklers and water and the problem of the Internet is weak in the area and lacks a spreader in clothes. It is 20minutes away from Nizami Street.

We loved the space, especially the yard. We're not used to the wood stove so that was an adventure. I recommend this sweet A frame!

Lika and her family were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very spacious and we felt extremely comfortable, especially when we were romping on the terrace. We got everything we needed, like kitchen utensils. The family's oven and washing machine could also use. All this was very much in the original Airbnb spirit of sharing private space and personal things. Thanks for that, especially for trusting! Especially the kitchen and balcony, but also some of the bathrooms were not clean. Sponge over it! We are more than happy to recommend this special suite with individual charm in a wonderful place in an exciting country.

The host was very kind and fairly responsive. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Nice bathroom, fairly good kitchen with all the basic equipment. The bed is very comfortable and stays dark with good curtains. Internet worked well. It is a bit far from the metro (15 min walk) but not too bad as there are many shops much closer. Overall a great host and a great stay!

This brilliant apartment is connected to Kantar hostel, and has all the perks of a hotel (breakfast, reception, room service, security) but the freedom of a AirBnb stay. Loved our time here - easy to spread out, make food and relax in Yerevan. It is a little further south from all the main sites but never more than a few minutes walk to somewhere to eat, shop or sightsee. Would happily stay again! Plus!! Beautiful view of Mt Ararat!! Incredible.

Wonderful, helpful hosts. Great location: there are a lot of shops nearby, Batumi mall, clinics, the sea Inside, it's comfortable and has all you need. In life, the studio feels even more spacious than it looks in the photo. Thank you very much

That's not just an accommodation, that's a place where community life is going on, both, of the guests and local employees, who together with Nazy run the place. The building is very beautiful, clean and with an atmosphere. Food was delicious. But what was truly unique is the the collective vibe there. Nazy is a very proactive and responsive host, who cares for guests. We rented mountain bikes from Nazy, and explored the surranding. Laundry is also available. This was the best place we stay at in Georgia, fully recommend!

Mustafa was very welcoming, and he took us from the airport to the top of the mountain where we will stay. The place was clean and had a fantastic view! In the morning we enjoyed a great breakfast and later he took us for a tour around the area for 100$ charge, which for us was reasonable since he had to go down the mountain to another close area, then up to a close waterfall and a historic Zil castle, and up the mountain again to where cabin is located at. Everything was great, and for sure I would recommend this place and might visit again during the summer ✌🏽

What an amazing host ! Lika’s place felt like home. Amazing wines and great place to stay. Soo many recommendations made it really easy and comfortable! Highly recommend to try their wines and tour. Best of the best! Marietta was wonderful from the beginning, when she proposed to fetch us at the station, to the end of our stay, when she booked the transport for us. Everyday she gave us delicious food and a lot of love, and invited us to fun activities. We went to her garden to pick fresh herbs to make jengyalov hats bread in her kitchen. With her husband we visited many attractions around Goris. She is the best and I wholeheartedly recommend this place, and hope we will have the opportunity to meet again!

This place is a great find—nice clean rooms with everything you need. Delicious breakfast and ordering food for lunch or dinner are possible. Good hosts, if there were questions, then everything was quickly resolved. There is not much to see in the village, but it is a picturesque place, and you can walk in nature. I will be glad to return!
