This is an entire apartment within a multi-story house. Accommodation is suitable for family or a group of friends. The apartment has two bathrooms and 3x toilet, which is suitable for a larger number of people. The accommodation is very spacious and clean. The bathrooms had free toiletries, towels, bathrobes, and slippers. We greatly appreciated the delicious breakfast, the cookbooks were constantly refilling the table. Breakfast can be eaten overlooking the city. Last but not least, we appreciate a great location in the center near the main square and the blue mosque. Parking is possible on the street in front of the hotel, but it is very full on weekdays in the morning, we recommend arranging parking in advance, the hotel has its own parking spaces.

The apartment is so worth its price! Everything looks just like it does on the photos, and the style is so unique. It's evident that Nathia has put a lot of effort and soul into creating the romantic atmosphere of her place. She and her husband have been nothing but supportive and helpful. I'd recommend staying here to anyone visiting Batumi.

Really great hotel and super great hosts.

Ika and his mother Nino were absolutely amazing! We went up there to see the gelati monastery but unfortunately it was closed for renovations so we turned our two nights stay into resting and it was the perfect place for that. We chose to have breakfast and dinner there and Nino’s cooking and warm welcome was a delight! Best is to have a car or a driver up there to go around or maybe to ask them the hours the bus passes. We were in the room with the windows to the direct view to the nature and it was amazing! Thank you again for hosting us.

Incredible place, right at the center, everything is extremely close, restaurants, bars, ski lifts, rentals. As a host Gia is also very friendly and proactive, allowed us to check-out late on top of it. can't really imagine a better place to stay at New Gudauri, highly recommended.

The room is clean and the view is amazing, the room was warm during the whole stay, highly recommend spicily during winter. The reception guys were corporative during the stay. This place is highly recommend in bakuriani.

Had a great two months stay at Stefano's apartment. I liked that location was in the southern part of the city, where the beaches are considerably cleaner and calmer than in city center. My daily ride to gym to city center was just a short bus trip away. There are also several places nearby where it is possible to eat and hang out. Also several grocery shops next to building. I also liked that the apart hotel had a cafeteria, which served decent food. I would certainly stay here again! Communication with Stefano was also easy.

Great place to visit with the most beautiful surroundings

A good aparthotel for those who came here to relax. There is a supermarket within 6 minutes walk. And 5 minutes by car you can reach the ski slope.

Was a great stay. Close to the highway so could easily hitchhike from there. Also the host is very friendly and was always offering help.

We rented for 7 days, extended everything for 7 more perfectly, the house is worth the money 7 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from Ureki I recommend a quiet place to everyone.

This boutique hotel became our second home in Tbilisi. We loved everything there, from helpful hosts and welcoming guests to location and facilities around. We decided to extend our stay for 1 more month (because weather is perfect over 20 C during October/November) and while being still at the Hotel leaving this review. It's a lovely place without a doubt fulfilled all our wishes. Thank you Tamuna and her family for everything!

Perfect place to relax and watch the sunset on the mountains.

I loved my stay at this apartment. The host was very helpful and friendly. Unit is very modern and space is pretty good. Building has 2 pools and also there are many more pools to go to during the day. The resort is amazing right on the sea.
