The place was really great. The value for money was great. The host was always easily accessible and helped us with all our concerns. There are many opportunities to do something on foot in the area and it is close to Mactan Newton. The place has everything you need. A fully equipped kitchen that I have never seen in any accommodation and also an entertainment program. I would come back in a heartbeat!

We had a fantastic experience staying at Ma'am Belle's place in the heart of Cebu City. The location is very convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and key tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Ma'am Belle was an exceptional host. She was always quick to respond to our inquiries and very helpful with directions and local recommendations, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Her warm hospitality truly stood out. The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It felt like a home away from home. we had a lovely 2 weeks stay, perfect as a base for our family holiday to Cebu. House was perfectly located for us and was clean, modern and made us feel at home. Only minor issue was loss of water for a couple of hours on 2 days, but this was an area issue not specific to the house. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and thank Hiram and his team for accommodating us and enabling our family holiday to be the success it was.

This was my second stay here and a great spot to spend my last night before heading back to Canada. Fe Luchi is a great host who is very pleasant, responsive, and flexible. The longer you stay, the better the deal becomes with discounts on duration. Grand Guisano mall is within walking distance for any western foods your after, and plenty of street food on the way if that's what you like. A number of other great restaurants a short taxi ride away.

I only stayed for 9 hours as i had a flight to catch. But Very proactive and responsive host, Cherry gave clear instructions for check in. The place was very nice and clean. Bathroom was great. She reached out if i needed anything and i had forgotten shampoo and soap and she was able to accommodate. Highly recommend their place, short or long term stay!

The place was very nice , and much more good in reality . The condo was very clean and neat , it has a equipment that you needed , it also smells good 😊 especially their bathroom . The Host was very active and communicates well , if you have issues or concern you can easily contact them. Maybe in the future we can book again ❤️.

One of the best condos to stay at if you are in Cebu. Super comfortable bed. Great Aircon and good internet for Netflix. Very affordable and the host is very nice and fast at communicating. If you are on a budget then this is a hidden gem for you.

The home is spacious, beautifully lit with cozy accent lamps, and designed with both comfort and practicality in mind.
