House vacation rentals in Cebu Metropolitan Area

The place is amazing and complete with all the essentials like the kitchen condiments😊 The location is also near to the market which is very convenient for us. The place is very safe and quiet. The host is also very responsive😊

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was great if you want to just relax but also a great distance from the city if you want to explore more. She’s very good at communicating and responds quickly to our questions. Thank you and we will definitely come back!

All the employees were polite, friendly, and flexible.The room was very clean and I was able to use the water without any problems. When I applied for towels, I was able to get them every time I applied, and they responded quickly when I wanted extra towels on the tour. They also replenished water for free every day, so we didn't have to worry about water. Anyway, it was thanks to this Airbi that we had a very satisfying trip. Thank you again for everything.

I stayed for a month to work and discover Cebu and surroundings on the weekends. The place is ideal because you can enjoy the swimming pool, the peaceful garden and the roof terrace where you can sunbathe or have a quiet breakfast. Nearby is a shopping center where you can eat, drink and do groceries. Of course, there are street vendors everywhere where you can get local food and fruit. The supermarket is useful for products such as water, sunscreen etc. The location itself is a bit far from the ceuntrum of Cebu, but within 30 minutes you are in the city (with Grab you ordered taxi and food, in front of your own door). The internet was good enough to have meetings and there was a desk where I could sit and work. Pierre and Nelia were very helpful and friendly and gave tips on what to do. Her family members were also very helpful and if I needed anything they were there for me. I look back on the stay with great pleasure and would book again next year.

It was a great place, so whenever your going to Simala and other places going south of cebu. this place is a great place to stay. I love the community, the townhouse is very cozy and homey.

The listing was as shown in the photos. The cleaning was good, and the bedding smelled good, so it helped me sleep well. I had a good time watching movies with my family on the big screen. The pool wasn't big, but it was secluded and nice for the family. The response to the message was quick, and I was able to stay well without any inconvenience with Tatto, which is suitable for help. It is a happy accommodation that I want to come back to on my next trip. Best,

Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. She will respond to all of your inquiries. Everything you need is already in the venue because it is well furnished. Despite being somewhat remote, the location is incredibly peaceful and comfortable. You really get what you pay for. It has the impression of being your own home for your entire stay. It's inexpensive and well worth it. We appreciate you making room for us! Thank you 😊

Sir Steven is very nice, accommodating, and responsible. The house is also very nice and perfectly fits my family of five, including one child. The internet is fast, with Netflix available both in the living room and the main bedroom. Free parking is provided as well. I am very happy with the service, especially with the host’s very hospitable attitude. This place and the host is highly recommended — it’s the best Airbnb in Liloan, Cebu. Superb!

The best place to stat in the City of Naga ❤️

We enjoyed our stay for 3 months tremendously. Being near to our famy helped, but the house is very nice. We appreciated especially all the available appliances, towels, blankets and kitchenware. The host is very fast to response and the local caretaker was available immediately when we needed her. We are already expecting to be back this or next year! This house is better than any hotel in the neighborhood. 5 stars on al categories.

Miss Margaux's home was beatiful. It was a big property where people and pets can run around. The house holds 3 spacious bedrooms with queen size beds. They have 2 extra foam beds and 1 big floor mat. 2 big bathrooms and 1 powder room. There's a functional kitchen as well with 2 butane stoves and a grill. Access to the beach is a 2-3 minute walk. Overall, the place was safe and well-managed. The property manager and Miss Margaux were responsive to queries :) Thank you for having us!
