we hebben 4 weken een workation gehouden in het appartement van Trini. WiFi in de kamer werkt uitstekend. De zitkamer is ruim en gezellig. wij genoten van het geroezemoes vanaf de straat. De keuken is goed uitgerust. we hebben regelmatig gekookt. de slaapkamer was prima. Het bed had wat groter gemogen. maar wij hebben er goed geslapen. de 2e slaapkamer hebben we gebruikt als 2e werkplek. Het dakterras is echt een pluspunt. heel ruim. Je kunt er heerlijk zitten. dat het midden in het centrum zit, vonden wij geweldig. wij hebben genoten en voelden ons helemaal thuis

I spent a month in the Atico Chic San Jorge. It is an absolutely unique charming prime apartment. I spend many days of the year away from home and always look for extraordinary accommodation. So I am spoiled with luxury and premium locations. I am adding the Atico Chic San Jorge to my worldwide top 5 list. It is an absolutely charming home with interiors and accessories which come from the heart. Nothing is missing and I felt home and cosy from the very first second. Tasteful finishes combined with functionality. Nothing was missing. Filo, the host, is one of a kind. With her shining personality she adds perfectly well to the overall experience. Communication is top level and there was mutual trust, which I always find very important. Even on shorter term stays. 100% recommendation. I don’t know her other apartment offerings, but I am sure every single one is in this top level category.

Javier was an incredible host giving us lots of useful information before and during our stay. The apartment itself was spotlessly cleaning and had everything we needed. My daughter especially enjoyed the pool. Overall we would definately love to stay here again when we are next visiting the area.

Wow! If you have the chance, book ii! You will not find a more beautiful place or better location. We marveled at every gorgeous designer detail, from the luxury baths to the chef’s kitchen, set in a spectacular loft. It’s in the middle of upscale shopping and restaurants, walk a few minutes to everything right out your door. The host was friendly and instantly responded to messages - including great restaurant advice. Go to Mares Brava for the best local seafood and hidden beach! We chose Cartegena by chance because it was on our driving route across Spain. . We were so surprised by its beauty and quality of life. Lots to do and see. The Roman amphitheater was a highlight, maybe a 5 min walk. There is a set of stairs up to the apartment but very easy. Highly recommended!

Miguel Angel a été très réactif pour la réservation et les instructions. Nous avons été accueilli avec chaleur. Le lieu est simple et on s’y sent très bien. Il est propre et on y trouve tout ce qu’il faut. Il y a des commerces autour pour acheter quelques nourritures. On accède au centre en 15 minutes à pied par un chemin le long du cours d’eau, très sympa. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wonderful and comfortable place. Very spacious and packed with everything you need for an excellent stay. It is within walking distance of downtown and near all the attractions but on a quiet area. The garage is a most welcome feature. If you have a car, the beaches recommended by the host are a few Km away and worth the travel. Would definitely come back.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse. Cómodo y lindo. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Espectacular chalet que te hace sentir que perteneces a otro nivel económico. Te sientes como en casa y Juan te responde a cualquier duda en todo momento. La cercanía del tranvía hace que el hecho de estar a las afueras de Murcia no sea un problema. Está dotado de todo lo necesario y más. Para repetir sin duda alguna.

Desde el primer momento que realizamos la reserva y durante toda la estancia Alicia fue muy amable y simpática, nos ayudó y asesoró con todo. La casa es increíble, fuimos un fin de semana y nos hemos quedado con ganas de repetir, hemos disfrutado mucho, muy buena localización y totalmente recomendable.

Un alojamiento de 10. Es muy amplio, todo estaba limpio y ordenado, tiene todos los consumibles necesarios (papel, jabón, toallas...), e incluso con garaje. Estuvimos muy a gusto en este piso.

Mon copain et moi avons passé 5 mois d’Erasmus dans l’appartement de Pedro José. C’était une expérience inoubliable, notamment grâce à cet appartement dont nous sommes tombés amoureux : très fonctionnel malgré sa taille, très bien pour vivre à deux, bien équipé, et jolie décoration. La piscine et la proximité avec l’université est un gros +. Nous recommandons ce logement pour un court comme pour un long séjour, on s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. De plus, Pedro est très à l’écoute, il est très réactif et donne toujours de bons conseils, merci !

Apartamento muy acorde a lo que necesitábamos, todo limpio y ordenado. El anfitrión muy atento y amable, nos enseñó el alojamiento y resolvió cualquier duda que nos pudo surgir.

No le doy 10 estrellas, porque no hay. Si fuera una nota numérica, sería un 11 sobre 10. Antonio es un anfitrión muy amable, atento, siempre pendiente de que estemos bien y vayamos a lugares de ensueño. El apartamento está ubicado en una urbanización privada, con dos piscinas y jacuzzi en cada una de ellas, jardines muy bien mantenidos y una comunidad de vecinos tranquila. Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse en cualquier apartamento de Antonio. Muchas gracias por todo de parte de las tres, Antonio.

Fernando muy amable, nos dio en todo momento instrucciones claras, útiles y precisas, nos recomendó sitios para visitar que estaban fenomenal. El piso concuerda con las fotos y con la descripción. La piscina una pasada, con jacuzzi y todo. Los vecinos tranquilos. Y el aire acondicionado que funciona muy bien, se agradece, ya que estuvimos en días de mucho calor.

Ha sido una semana increíble, el apartamento estaba perfecto, todo limpio y ordenado. Había de todo, de verdad que te sentías como en casa. La ubicación era perfecta, como aún hacía calor teníamos que ir en coche ya que íbamos con perro, pero la distancia a las playas, a Mazarrón y a la playa canina estan a 5 min, te permite que te cunda mucho el tiempo. Como fue en septiembre se notaba que en la zona había muy poca gente, por lo que estuvimos en un remanso de paz. La terraza es un top, hay unas horas puntuales a las que da mucho sol pero el resto del tiempo, tanto por la mañana como por la noche es donde hemos hecho vida (encima la tele con el soporte te permite verla desde todos lados). Gracias por todo. Ojalá volver.
