This spacious, appointed, 19th century home is central and convenient with free, secure, on-site parking. 5 min. walk to the subway then direct to the stadiums. Spread out with two living rooms, large bedrooms, and lots of outdoor space; great when kids and adults want separate space. Exposed brick, original wood floors, warm colors, outdoor space provide a peaceful respite. Historic sites, theater district, dining all within walking. Conveniences of Whole Foods, Starbucks, at the corner.

This is an adorable quaint space in a great location. The apt has a private entrance through a grocers alley. Lots of character and plenty of amenities including AC. There's a TV, dishwasher, a fridge, basic kitchen supplies, a Keurig, and toaster oven. Even has its own charming outdoor area, you won't believe you're in the city. The place is very cute and "hipster chic." Parking avail for extra $25/night, reserve in advance. Note: The fire pit is decorative only and not operational..
