Was a beautiful apartment location was perfect close to everything restaurants not far and we loved it. Most of all it was spotless. Very clean and bed was very comfortable.

We just had a 5-day stay at Drew's apartment at Playa Grande. Absolutely loved the location, easy access in and out, walkability to the beach and restaurants, great room sizes, large deck, pool option, and excellent commucation from the owners. Definitely great value for the price!

We had an amazing stay! Hilary and Pike picked us up and dropped us off at the Ferry Terminal themselves and made us feel very welcome. The appartement is clean, with both AC and a ceiling fan as well as a fully equipped kitchen and drinking water. Would totally recommend staying here whilst on Caye Caulker!

I booked quite late but both the host and staff were extremely friendly and proactive. They accommodated several of my needs despite being late and with incredible efficiency. The apartment is small as the description says but extremely nice, super well equipped and comfortable, rested super well. One stay 10/10.

This was our fourth trip to Utila where we’ve stayed at one of the places at Paradise Regained property, and it never disappoints. It’s very calm and relaxing just hanging out at on the property and checking out the lagoon. One of the best restaurants on the island is just one house over which was very convenient for when we had some rainy days and didn’t want to venture out too far. On this visit we saw a large stingray and three different eels just swimming through the shallows of the lagoon with the many fish and crabs that were also making it their home. Snorkeling right from your private gazebo on the property is the best I’ve seen on the island, and we’ve done a ton of exploring. I can’t recommend this property enough, and we will continue to make this our home on all of our return visits!

Milena was a great host, her place is very nice and is located in a great area near bus stops, places to eat and stores. I would definitely stay at her place if I ever go to Nicaragua again.

This was a very nice stay. Everything was and worked as expected. In a city with so many safety issues, this place is in a calm, safe area. Totally worth it.

Hi, it was my forth time visiting Julia's home, and 3rds time the same apartment, I always had a great time here and feel like at home, the apartment is spacious, nice, organized, and clean, also has an amazing balcony, birds are singing and the nature in the yard is awesome as well. Great place, + the botanical garden is at a walking distance.

cecilia an excellent person as a host was pending from the first day. Very friendly and attentive. It will be a safe lodging if I return to another vacation in san Andres and she will have a house where to reach Chile (invitation) I wish everyone was there like Cecilia, I recommend 100%

Don Rafita is a very special person helps one, I did not feel as a guest but as a friend helped me in many things very helpful, excellent space

We highly recommend this location. Definitely a place to spend more time than the 3 days 2 nights we spent. The information booklet had lots of information. Lucia was very welcoming with a bonus of the dog and a cat that visited us and were exceptionally friendly. we saw Tucans, Macaws, Iguanas and many beautiful birds. It is very quiet and safe.

AMAZING LOCATION and excellent amenities of the building , spectacular view, the apartment is divine , only the bed is like two single mattresses and separates at some point of the night haha but all incredible , the only aspect that would improve is the bed. From out there everything is spectacular

The tree house was beautifully located with amazing view of Pacific Ocean and green surroundings. Very peaceful, quiet and Colleen provided everything that we needed for our stay plus she gave us a lot of recommendations for activities and restaurants and grocery store. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and privacy.

This place was perfect! It had everything we needed and the hot tub was awesome! Great location with tons of stuff to do nearby and great hosts.

I got a lot of information about the things you can do here. The documentation was extensive and well explained, with detailed information about really everything and then. From attractions to activities, from restaurants to hidden gems in the area – everything was in it. This made planning my stay very easy and made it possible for me to get the most out of my time here. I found it very convenient that not only the well-known attractions were mentioned, but also local recommendations and unique experiences that you don't just find online. As for the location and the activities I can absolutely recommend it. The place itself has a special atmosphere and offers everything you need for a relaxing and pleasant stay. The jungle theme appealed to me a lot; it gave an exotic and adventurous feeling, as if you were really in a different world for a while. The natural elements, the green environment and the decor were perfect for each other

Mauricio was very attentive to my parents who were those who stayed there, I highly recommend the place because it is very central, do not hesitate to stay and they will spend it as in casita 💝
