Apartment vacation rentals in Central America

I would recommend this place to anyone. It was just what we were looking for. The jacuzzi in the room was a gem. We were able to park right in front of our room. It felt safe and it was near town. Very kind staff… they ironed one of my shirts. 🥹

I recommend it: Centrally located place, ideal for people who need to be close to the airport, excellent staff and cleanliness.

We just had a 5-day stay at Drew's apartment at Playa Grande. Absolutely loved the location, easy access in and out, walkability to the beach and restaurants, great room sizes, large deck, pool option, and excellent commucation from the owners. Definitely great value for the price!

We absolutely loved our stay here, it really made our time on Caye Caulker a dream! We felt very at home here. The place is amazing and it's fully equipped, with much-needed details for travelers. Above that, Hilary and Pike are very present and happy to help out with transport and tips. The location is a bit further from the busy centre, which is no problem because you each get a bike, and it makes for a calm environment with trees and birds. Thank you so much!

Tamara and the Paradise regained property exceeded expectations! Beautiful property and location filled with everything you need. The spaces were beautifully maintained and it was very easy to just settle in on the Oceanside patio most nights instead of going out. The amenities were all perfect, walk to town was short so we never needed transportation and Tamara was incredibly helpful. Can highly recommend this location for your next stay

Luz and Dale were a good host, they picked me up from the ferry station and gave me recommendations on where to visit.

We stayed 5 nights with my family. The apartment is very good! Nice, comfortable, spacious and, although we found dirty crockery upon entering, the apartment was clean and tidy. The complex where it is located is a bit rundown, although when we arrived they were painting. Good for that! The location is very good! Close to the beach and places to eat. Super-recommendable!

Milena was a great host, her place is very nice and is located in a great area near bus stops, places to eat and stores. I would definitely stay at her place if I ever go to Nicaragua again.

I had an excellent experience at this location. The apartment was impeccable, very comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect: quiet but close to everything important. What really made the difference was the host: very friendly, attentive and always available to help. From the first moment I felt well received and sure I would definitely recommend this place to any traveler and would not hesitate to return.

This is a well designed, new apartment in a former residence in one of the best neighborhoods in San Jose. It has good finishes and is spacious. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It is easily accessible to Plaza Mayor (automercado) and Plaza Rohrmoser (mas x menos). We have found several good restaurants including Osteria Faina, Cafe a la Moda, Tierra Sur Resto Argentino, and Cafe St. Honore. It is important to understand that we are in a residential Tico community and that there is more noise than you will find in a similar US neighborhod. We will stay here again if we stay in thisneighborhood. Joseph, our host, is a pleasure to work with. He wants every occupant to have a great experience and will do everything he can to have a good experience.

Accommodation with well-equipped kitchen, Doña Blanca Rosa is very attentive to the accommodation. The apartment is a few blocks away from Playa Potrero and 10 minutes away from Playa Flamingo. The place is close to many beautiful beaches.

Don Rafita is a very special person who helps you. I didn't feel like a guest but like a friend. He helped me with many things. Very helpful. Excellent place

My stay here was great!

Amazing amazing amazing! The treehouse was an excellent day and Colleen, the host was amazing. Left picture by picture instructions/directions on how to get to the treehouse. For being a studio like setting there was ample enough room and the layout was perfect to wake in the morning, lying in bed, observing the beautiful scenery and ocean. The kitchen was more than adequate for anything we needed , and the water pressure of the shower was perfect perfect. We will be back in a month and look forward to staying here again.

very nice place. the jacuzzi worked perfect. but there was a construction right in front of the balcony area where the jacuzzi is.We could not use the jacuzzi until after 6pm that the construction workers left since the workers could see everything from above and the next morning the noise started at 7am. everything else very nice. The bed is super comfortable, clean place and WiFi working well. The area in general near malls and restaurants in zone 4.

This Airbnb was just Perfect! The views to the volcanoes were breathtaking. Our honeymoon couldn’t be more beautiful… Jose was very kind he explained everything in the Airbnb and he gave us a few rides to Antigua town. He also was available anytime if we needed something. We are so happy that thanks to him we had a fantastic time in Sky Dancer Airbnb.

The accommodation is very cozy, as described in the photographs, spacious and accurate for a comfortable stay. The internet connection works perfect. The shower is beautiful, very interesting and jungle, ideal for a different experience. The facilities (jacuzzi) are in perfect condition and is ideal for resting after long walks through the parks and volcanoes of fortune. The air conditioning is perfect for air conditioning the accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Manrique’s condo! It is within walking distance of many restaurants and the central park of San Jose. When we had a slight hiccup with our stay, Manrique was quick to make it right! We highly recommend Manrique’s condo and hope to visit again soon!
