You'll love my place because it's a summer house in a great location at the end of the forest and with the water as the closest neighbor a few meters from the front door. The house is located by itself on the beach, and here is idyll, peace and quiet. The cottage is located in the middle of nature, and you will wake up to the waves and wildlife up close. The teahouse is part of the manor house Eskjær Hovedgaard, and is therefore adjacent to beautiful and historical surroundings. See www.eskjaer-hovedgaard.com. The house itself is simply furnished, but accommodates all everyday needs. My home is good for couples and suitable for nature and the culture tourist.

Midt i Nationalpark Mols Bjerge med adgang til et utal af vandreture, lige uden for døren. Huset er placeret på en dejlig stor grund med plads til havespil og bag huset er en skråning med store bøgetræer. Sommerhuset ligger 2,5 km fra den meget børnevenlige Femmøller Strand, og der er sti hele vejen. Stien fortsætter til den fantastiske købstad Ebeltoft med gode handelsmuligheder og eventyrlige brostensbelagte gader. 45 min fra huset ligger Aarhus og mange kulturelle oplevelser.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Small cozy charming and authentic cottage from the 30s. 200 m to the beach, good hiking and cycling opportunities in the nearby area, public transport right to the door, lovely garden with many pretzel nooks, barbecue, fire, hammocks. The house is not modernized and is original and charming. Among other things, the toilet is located outside the house in the shed and bath takes place as a floor sink or with outdoor shower. The hallway is arranged for easier cooking and there is regular service, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, mini electric oven and fridge.
